A sad sigh escaped his pink thin lips when he got inside his old family truck. He saw his family, they were happy to move to a new place but he wasn't. He saw his mom talking animatedly to his father who was squinting his eyes at the amount of luggage. His sisters were obnoxiously blabbering something about their last sleepover.

"Louis, Lottie and and Félicité are you all ready to leave?"

'NO!' Louis want to scream as loud as he can but he found himself nodding. He hated it. Every year his dad's job gave him a transfer and it was so annoying. But Louis knew they enjoyed it so he never complained.

After an hour of banter and nonsense blabbers, Louis' sisters were drifted off to sleep, unlike him. He saw his parents were talking quietly, probably about new job. He opened the window slightly letting the cool breeze hit him and ruffle his long hair.

Louis always loved his hair. They were very silky and came past his ears almost touching his shoulders. He tucked his bangs behind his ears and sighed happily. 'Maybe this is home, Louis.' Louis never had a home and he also didn't knew what exactly is home. He felt his eyes drooping and soon he also drifted to sleep.

Louis was awaken by loud giggles and chattering. He looked out to see his mum talking excitedly to his dad and his sister jumping up and down like bunny.

"Louis come out, baby! Have a look at your new home." Louis felt like bashing his head on the window because this isn't home. He reluctantly got out of the truck, tucking his loose hair behind his ears.

"I think you should cut your hair, Louis." His dad said gently.

Again that suggestion! He knew that his dad never liked his girly urges or his long hair but he was too sweet to snap at Louis. "No, it's okay dad. I love them like this." Mark, his dad, shrugged.

"What do you think, Boo?"

"Oh I can't wait to go in there!" And for some reason his family didn't noticed the heavy sarcasm. Louis sighed and followed his family to see his new 'home'.
