Suddenly Frisk feels something wrap around one of her arms.

"Frisk! You're awake!" Flowey says. "Did this bonehead wake you up?"

Sans grumbles under his breath, displease by the flower's remark while Frisk feels her friend nuzzle her cheek, causing for her to smile.

She pats Flowey's head. "Don't worry. I woke up on my own terms. I hope you two rested easy as well."

"As much rest as someone can get when they have ta stand guard all night." Sans shrugs.

"Yep. I had to stay up too, patrolling the area." Flowey nods in agreement.

She gasp. "Did you two not get any sleep..?!"

"Ah, its no big deal." She feels him casually shrug again. Meanwhile, Flowey pressed his cheek against hers, as if to say everything is okay.

She wriggles out of his arms to sit properly and face him. She shakes her head repeatedly, her hands balled up into fists, before staring up at him with a frown. Feeling guilty, she couldn't help but hug him again, wrapping her delicate arms around him and burying her face onto his chest.

"You shouldn't risk your health and safety for me..! I'm not worth it..." She mutters.

She was taken back when out of nowhere she hears San burst into laughter.

"Are ya bein' serious right now?" He snorts.

"H-h-huh?" She stutters, utterly confused. She felt like absolutely stupid right now because she couldn't understand why the skeleton monster was laughing at her. A small part of her kinda wanted to begin crying as she hugs the jacket Sans' lent her close.

"Hey bonehead!" Flowey growls, noticing the distraught look on her face. "Be careful with your words! You know Frisk is very sensitive, you prick!"

"I know, I know. I'm sorry, sweetheart." He apologizes. "I couldn't help it."

Sans cups her face and makes her look up at him, despite the fact she could no longer see him. Her face began to heat up when she feels him press his forehead against hers. Then thought of kissing him crosses her mind, only furthering her embarrassment.

"But seriously. Yer talking to a guys who spent most of his shitty life not giving a fuck about anyone, not even himself!" He starts. "So its gotta mean something when I say yer worth it, and trust me sweetheart. Yer defiantly worth it. Even a blind monster could see it."

Sans absolutely meant those words. Up until he meet Frisk, he was so sure that he would be stuck in this hellhole they call the Underground, and stuck with that awful job working for his brother at his sentry post searching for a human that would never come for the rest of his life. In may ways, he was grateful to have been there at that lonely sentry post out in the middle of that snowy forest. Otherwise, he never would have meet this wonderful person.

"Lets be real now. I can't even fathom how the hell such an angel like ya ended up in this messed up world. Or how such an amazing gal would put up with such an asshole like me."

His words caused for her to blush a deep shade of red as she couldn't prevent a bashful smile to appear on her face. She places a hand on his cheekbone as he rests his head on it with a content sigh.

"Well... it may have been true that you were not the nicest person in the past. But you are a much better person now!" She pulls him closer to lightly nuzzle his nose. "Maybe you may not see it, but I do."

The skeleton chuckles, softly. "Heh, ya really think so?"

"I know so..!" She beams. "Sans... I lo-"
