Chapter 1

Rose P.O.V

Here I stood on this all to familiar beach. This beach being 'Dårlig ulv stranden' which translates to 'Bad Wolf Bay'. Yet again my reason for being here is because of The Doctor, My Doctor. I thought I saw the last of this beach three years ago when my heart wiltered and when the Doctor left. It wasn't his fault, it wasn't my fault either. I told myself it was fate or destiny. I also told myself that I would see my beloved Doctor again and I did. After searching and searching, going from world to world I found him. However, I am going to lose him again because of the other Doctor. The Meta-Crisis Doctor. I couldn't let him go, after all I loved him. Just as he was about to leave, I called for him and he turned with a look of relief on his face.

"D-Doctor wait!" I cried. Thankfully, he stopped and looked at me, his brown eyes softening. "I need to know something. The last time we stood on this beach, what did you say?"

" I said Rose Tyler" He replied

"How was that sentence going to end?" I asked

After what felt like a decade, but was only a minute he answered. I helt my breath waiting for the reply which could change my life.

"Does it need saying." Said the Doctor

I felt my heart break all over again. I was about to turn and walk away until I felt a hand on my arm. It was the Doctor. He whispered Ask Him for he will tell you the real answer. Nodding his head towards the Metacrisis Doctor who was behind me next to my mother. So I did what the Doctor said.

"Well how was that sentence going to end?" I asked the Metacrisis Doctor who now stood opposite the real Doctor. He took my hands, looked into my eyes then quietly spoke so only I could hear.

"I was going to say I love you Rose Tyler." The Metacrisis Doctor stepped back looking at me. I didn't know what to say or do. I looked at The Doctor and he just nodded and a small smile twitched at the corner of his mouth and I knew it was true. I also realised that I had to do something and I had to do it fast. Before I could reconsider my actions, I did the only thing I had on my mind and that was to kiss him. I grabbed the Metacrisis Doctor's blue blazer and I kissed him. He kissed me. We kissed and kissed until we broke apart to the sound of the TARDIS door opening. I had lost him, the Doctor went back into the TARDIS. Donna was still outside and I had to talk to her.

"Can you tell him that he is still my Doctor and I love him please?" I asked Donna

" Yeah, even though he probably knows." She replied

"Thank you Donna. Can you promise me something?" I said

"Sure"

"Look after him for me."

"It would be my pleasure."

"Thank you" I mumbled close to tears. Donna reached out and hugged me. I started crying until she said something that shocked me.

"That Metacrisis Doctor is half Time-Lord, half human."

"What!?" I exclaimed

"Go on tell her" Donna said to the Metacrisis Doctor

"It's true. I only have one heart. I also age like a normal human and I never regenerate. I will grow old at the same time as you. We could grow old together. I-If you want."

I was speechless. I turned and looked at him. He reached out for my hand and I took it. Unexpectly, he pulled me towards him and kissed me and again I kissed him back. We broke apart and we both smiled. Donna waved goodbye and said "I will keep your promise Rose!" With that said she stepped into the TARDIS and disappeared along with the TARDIS and The Doctor.

"What should we call you?" I asked the Metacrisis Doctor

"How about John Smith." He replied

"Well come on then John let's go home." I said

Hand in hand. Me, John and my mum walked of the beach to wait for my dad to come pick us up.
