Chapter 9

As I turned away, Bradley grabbed my hand and pulled me into his house and slammed the door shut. 

"what do you think you're-" before I could finish my sentence he smashed his lips against mine and held my hands up above my head restricting me from any movement. I pulled away knowing that I can't turn a blind eye to those papers and screenshots on his phone.  I bolted out of the door, trying to at least be out of sight.

Without looking I entered an abnormally dark alleyway, just as the sun began to set. In the thoughts of the Bradley situation, I became distracted and accidentally came here. I felt something grasp my shoulder very tightly, I could feel it sinking into my skin as if it were piercing it. It dug deeper and deeper. I turned around to see Adam standing there. Adam was my best friend a while ago but he moved to America and we soon lost contact with each other.

"Mia...Mia...Mia" he whispered, his breath tickling my ear.

"A-Adam?!" I exclaimed back.

"So, you do still remember me"

"Yes of course I do but what the hell are you doing here?"

"Well the main question is what are you doing here?"

He loosened his grip around my wrists and spun me around so I could face him. He got closer and closer, as I moved further and further back.

"So...how is Mr Sebb?"

"why are you asking me?" I questioned him nervously

"Hmm...baby don't try to act dumb...I saw your little make out session. You know he could get fired for that if someone else finds out"

"What do you want Adam?"

"This" He came closer to my lips but I turned my head. How could he do such a thing...we were supposed to be best friends.

"No Adam...we can't"

"Why not...We both liked each other before I left for America"

"Yes, but back then I was single and we were closer"

"Okay suit yourself. I will have to let the authorities know that my 'Best friend' is engaging in illegal activity with her own teacher"

"No! Adam wait- "I grabbed his wrist before he could take another step. Adam was right that before he left I liked him more than a friend and so did he. Adam was very handsome. Adam had golden tan skin and light brown ringlet hair. He had the most gorgeous smile and was always kind. He had blue eyes with specs of green in them. He was perfect, but now that I had fallen for Bradley I couldn't stop thinking about him or Adam.

Adam turned around with a sly smirk. He came closer and closer. I was frozen and I couldn't move. Just as he got close enough I kicked him in the lower district and ran off with tears streaming down my face.

I am sooooooooooooo sorry I haven't updated in ages. I have had a tough time at school and I am abroad because of some family issues but I will be uploading more frequently.

I hope this was a good chapter because boy did it take me long to write.
