Magnus sat up in the chair as Alec just stared miles away "so tell me, why did you go?" Alec doesn't answer him "alec talk to me. if it's people who hurt you your worried about it's fine but il hurt them" Magnus stands out the chair pushing it back "in fact you want to know what id do" Alec looks at him confused

Magnus opens the drawer getting out a gun as he walks back in Alec's view "id kill them" Alec looks at him with worries eyes as Magnus comes closer "here, give me your hand" Alec just looks at him but Magnus opens Alec's hand placing the gun there as he wraps Alec's fingers around it "there. you see I won't let anyone hurt you" alec moves his fingers as Magnus takes it back

Putting it away and coming back to the bedside as he sits down pulling the chair close. He moves his hand as he puts it under the sheets touching Alec's cold skin as he wraps his hand round Alec's thigh giving it a squeeze as he watches his reaction "you see no one will hurt you unless your alone" Magnus moves his hand higher before pulling it away taking Alec's hand with the drip in he intertwines their fingers "look at me" magnus says "look at me!" Alec does

"Now your going to stay here with me where it's safe and your going to tell me if anything is wrong. Yeah?" He kisses Alec's hand

Alec looks at him smiling before Magnus speaks "I've also been thinking we should go to the police tell them your safe, so th..." Alec cuts him off as he sits up "no" Alec moves his hand out of Magnus as he blanks him out staring at the wall across the bed "alec think about it, we can do what we want and you will feel free" magnus looks at him hurt in his eyes

Alec grabs his inhaler off the side taking a breath of it and again as Magnus watches "this is why I didn't want you involved in the first place, this is exactly why I ran..to let you live your life instead of being isolated with me and you do what?, throw it back in my face and tell me you want me to go to the police, you don't get it. Hiding for a few years and suddenly coming back isn't something that can happen easily". Alec spits at him

Magnus goes to take Alec's hand as he pulls back "I want to be on my own for a bit" Alec says as Magnus speaks "Alexander...please" Alec looks at him "please just go..don't make this any harder than it is" Magnus stands up slowly as Alec avoids eye contact "well we will talk later" and he's out the door.

Alec moves his hand reaching for his tied wrist as he manages to undo the knot ,grabbing his phone he texts Jace hey, can I drop by later? Waiting for a reply before it comes through I'm out but Isabelle and Gracie are home, she would love to see you. Alec texts Jace back me and Magnus had a fight and I don't know what to do, I don't feel too good then Alec's phone rings as he picks it up , "hey" Alec what's wrong? "He wants me to go to the police and put a end to all this".

Well it isn't as easy as that, listen alec if you don't feel safe or anything you need to stay with us, I got work later but I can drop by and pick you up "Jace he's not dangerous, I just don't want him to drop me in it ,I just need time you know besides he said he wouldn't let me get hurt and he keeps a gun in his wardrobe" what?, alec if you love him then stay with us for a bit until we get you sorted and then work it out "yeah..ok bye".

Catarina walks in the room "sorry didn't realise you was on the phone" alec waves her away "no it's fine. listen I'm going to go stay with my siblings for a few days" she looks at him "oh, did you and Magnus fight?, is that why he's upset downstairs and on the phone" Alec looks at her now

Pulling the I.V drip out his arm and pulling his boots on with his jacket quickly as he throws a few of his things in a bag ,taking a breath of his inhaler before pocketing his phone and walking downstairs in a hurry.

Bag over his shoulder as he looks round to see Magnus in the kitchen on his phone "how long you going to be?" He hears as Magnus looks at Alec up and down "hang on mate" Magnus mutes the phone before following Alec into the hallway
