It's been a few months since you and Laura have moved in to Avengers tower. To say anything exciting happened was an understatement. If anything did happen it was outside either in another part of the world or the universe.

Laura started to become unsettled. She always had the want of doing something. You would catch her sneaking around, trying to listen in on serious government meetings.

You have tried to stop her, but she never listens. She's too hard headed and determined. It went so far that she would memorize the schedules of different government officials coming to talk to Stark.

It's not like Stark hasn't noticed her behavior either. It came to the point where Stark had to pull the both of you to a separate room that you would have never guessed was in the tower.

"I'm going to be the only one talking and I don't want any quick remarks or sass." Tony said pointing a finger at the two of you. He waited for a nod, to which you gave him.

He let out a low sigh. "Okay. It seems like little ninja just has to know what's going on and I don't like it. It makes me uncomfortable and I bet it makes you uncomfortable." Tony said seriously pointing at you near the end of the statement.

"Since this will go on no matter how many times I'll tell you to stop, I'll make it easier on myself."

Tony took a pause looking down at her shoes. He debated on continuing with his little speech. It wasn't until a minute after where he looked up at you two after.

"I'm starting a new team. It's not going to be like the Avengers because there won't be any activity outside of the United States. I don't know what this team will be called, but it will be led by little miss nosy pants over here."

The plan of the new team brought shock waves through you, but to Laura it brought pride. This was going to be the first time where you'll have to work with others which made you nervous.

You didn't know how well you'll be under pressure and you didn't know if Laura was even capable of working with others, she could barely handle you sometimes.

Tony would leave you two to take in the recent news a little longer if you had to. You looked over at Laura in the corner of your eye shocked to see her looking straight at you with a smile.

"We did it {Y/n}. We'll be able to make a difference." Laura said, her smile lingering as she walked out of the room to head to her bedroom.
