#38 - Colours

A neutral world,
Its extravagance sold,
Is what we get without colours.

They reflect your mood
And stand for specifications too.
That's what they're for, colours.

The rainbows are wretched,
The playgrounds are drenched,
All without, colours.

Every speck created by Him,
And the pink-cheeked children playing on swings
Are nothing without, colours.

Your gold-flecked dreams,
The endurance you receive,
Is nothing without, colours.

Colours of your heart,
The colours of your mind,
Are all very different
Which in each person you'll find.

Carve out your true colours,
Bring them out if you can.
Because it'll gift you a new level of thinking,
And you'll never step again on the stairs of sand.
