It was around lunch time. We all had Janelles class after. Everyone was in the Cafe eating or hanging out with friends. I never noticed how much people were in the school until now. A lot!
I was siting with the squad. Sean on my left and Tati on my right. We were all talking in a group when Kenneth phone goes off and he gets up and leaves the cafe. Lark looks at me and I nod. She gets up and leaves the cafe.
"Where is she going?" Will asks.
"To make things right with her man" I say smiling.
Lark POV
I walk out the cafe and walk down the hall. I really need to talk to Kenneth about us. It's been so hard not talking to him. It's even harder to keep distance cause we're roommates.
I really love him and I wanna make things right. As I turn a corner I see him at his locker getting his bag. I walk up to him and he looks at me
"Hey" I say to him
"Hi" he says slowly. Putting his book in his bag while keeping his eyes on me
"Look Kenneth, I'm sorry for what I did and not trusting you. Instead of making a big fuss I should've talked you. Words can't explain how much pain I had knowing that we weren't together. I know you maybe might still be mad at me but know that I'm sorry and I'll always love you" I say and he looks at me. He closes his locker and puts his bag on. He holds my hands and kisses my head
"I love you too and I'm sorry" he says and I smile. I pull him into a hug and he laughs a bit. He kisses my cheek and I turn my head to kiss his lips. He kisses back and I put my hand on his cheek. His lips felt so nice on mine. Oh how I missed him so much. Its great to have my baby back.
"I missed you so much" he says against my lips
"I missed you more. More then you'll know" I say and kiss his neck. He smiles
"We're gonna have some fun later"he says and grabs his phone
"where you going?"
"My dad texted me saying there was an emergency so I have to leave"I nod and he kisses my cheek
"Ok I'll see you later" he nods and I walk off. As reply the moment in my head I start to smile hard and laugh a bit. I'm glad he's mine again.
I walk back into the cafe and sit with everyone. They all look at me and I smile playing with the necklace Kenneth gave me. It's a promise necklace. Even though we did break up, I still kept it on.
"Soooo.....what happened"Julian asks
"We're......back together!" I say and they all cheer and I smile at all of them.
"Where is he?"Gabe asks
"He had to leave. Emergency with his dad" I say and they all nod. They get back to eating and I sit there smiling like an idiot. I'm glad I have my man back
As the bell rang we get up and head to Janelle's class. She said that today's class will be something to remember.

We reach to Janelles class and start stretching. While I'm stretching I'm on snapchat. As I come across a snap, it's Lucas. He hanging out with some girl named Amber. Jealousy rushes through my body but I quickly let it go. It's ok Maya. Trust him. Janelle finally walks in and starts the class
We are dancing to Fallin by Alicia Keys. I loveeeeeeeeee her music. The way she talks about love and beauty is so inspiring.
While Janelle is teaching the dance, I notice a pair of eyes on me. I look towards who it is and it's Sean. He winks at me and I give I him a smile. Janelle then picks groups and she gives me a solo.

Janelle is literally a magical creature. She is such and inspiration to me as a dancer and a person. She is one of the reason why I wanna become a better person everyday. When she dances I feel her vibe and the rhythm she feels when she's dancing. It's a good feeling. It makes you feel powerful
After she preforms, it's my turn. When she turns on the music, I feel it. I feel that movement in my body. I hit the notes softly and groove to it. I watch myself in the mirror and smile to myself. But keep my character on the dance floor. For my freestyle, I dance to the words but not only the beat of the song. When I'm done I walk off and laugh a bit. Everyone claps then the rest go. Can I just say Mia is such an amazing dancer. Another inspiration.
When class was over, Janelle gave a little speech, then left. I walk to the group and lean on Larks shoulder. She puts a hand on the side of my head and smiles
"Good Job sis" She says
"Thank you" I say.
"So what are we gonna do now?" Julian asks
"Movie night at my dorm" Josh B says. We look at each other and nod. We grab our stuff and head back to our dorms to get cleaned up and comfortable.
I walk in my room and head straight to my shower. When I finish I dry off and put on my Lewser hoodie with some grey sweatpants. I put my hair in a neat bun and take off all my makeup. I put my socks and Nike slides on and head out. When I was about to leave, Sean was leaving too. So we leave together. When we get there everyone has arrived. Josh B is roommates with Jay.
He gets a movie on and snacks scattered on the table and in our hands. Here's the order
One the couch is: Bailey, Will, Sean, Josh, Kaycee, Tati, Me and Josh B
On the floor is:Lexee, Julian, Nat, Lark, Jay, Tahani, and Gabe
The movie starts and we get comfortable. It's a scary movie. Can we just pause to say I am TERRIFIED OF SCARY MOVIES! All that demon and ghost stuff, ya I don't screw with that. In the beginning of the movie. A little boy pops up in the screen and I scream along a few others and hold on to closest person beside me. The person beside pulls me closer and pats my back
"Don't worry bestie I got you" Josh B whispers to me and I smile. I hold onto his arm through out the whole movie.
My eyes slowly get heavy and slowly shut. Soon enough, I'm sleeping
