valentina's POV:

today was friday and my mom was allowed to go into work late so she was driving me to mitch's house so we could just chill all day. the guys are going to san jose tomorrow and all the girls asked if i could go. i haven't asked my mom yet because even though she's like a teenager and let's me do what i want i think she might have to do a little bit of thinking before she lets me go to another country with a bunch of hockey players.

on the way to mitch's house me and my mom stopped at starbucks to get some drinks for me and mitch.

we got to mitch's condo and my mom dropped me off at the front. i walked inside and pressed the elevator button that took me to mitch's floor. i knocked on the door and it opened revealing half naked mitchell marner. he was wearing shorts with no shirt. his hair was a little damp and messy which made him so hot

"good morning" he said pulling me into a hug and kissing my cheek

"good morning" i replied hugging his torso

"did you sleep ok" he asked as i walked through the doorway

"ya. what about you" i said placing the drinks on the counter

"like a baby" we both laughed and i sat on the couch next to him

"so what are we gonna do" i ask playing with his hand

"i made you something" he said standing up smiling he got up and walked towards the stove. he pulled a lid off a pan that i didn't notice before

"i hope mitch marner can cook better then he drives" i laugh

"come here" he said motioning me towards him. i noticed that he made pasta. he put a scoops on plate and gave it to me then i sat down and he joined me and we both ate it. i put a bunch on my fork and shoved it in my mouth instantly regretting my decision

"mitch this is terrible" i said spitting the pasta out

"i know" he said laughing

"are you trying to poison me 2 days after we started dating" i yelled laughing

he just sat there dying of laughter and i noticed he was recording me

"now i have something for my snapchat" he says

"mitch you wouldn't dare" i got up and started chasing him. we chased each other around his house and then he sat on the couch and pulled me into him. we started cuddling and he wouldn't let go of me

"mitchell marner let go of me before i strangle you" i said laughing

"no babe i don't think so" he replied

i couldn't help but smile at the word babe

"ok so what are we watching on netflix" he asks

"greys anatomy"

"no i'm not watching that stupid show"

"um yes you are or else i'm breaking up with you" i said

"ugh fine. but only because i like you" he replied

he found the episode i was on and i got comfortable in his arms while we watched this "stupid" show as mitch says.

after the first episode mitch was asleep so i decided that i would keep watching and let him sleep on me. eventually i fell asleep and we both slept together until we hear a phone ring. it was mine. of course in the middle of something good one of my stupid brothers had to call me. i look at the caller ID and see it's zach. of course it's zach
