Practically dragging Jaycee to the center of the mall, V then covers her eyes with a handkerchief.

She complains but feels giddy all the same.

Alam na ata niya na may surprise si Aito but I don't think she knows about the proposal.

Still, kahit ano pa yang surprise na yan, basta galing kay Aito, she'd be more than happy to receive it.

I watch as V clumsily ties the hanky around Jaycee's head and slowly guides her to a dimly lit space.

Sinundan ko sila and I was immediately engulfed by darkness.

Not long after, stars began to appear one after another.

Aito signals the operators and lights of blue, white and violet circle around the stars.

Napanganga ako.

Oh... my...

Nagmukhang planetarium ang buong mall!

You know, yung parang galaxy-themed something na nauuso ngayon!

Wow.

I took a breath in awe.

Grabe mo naman Aito.

Namangha ako sa effort ni boy at kahit ako, na-touch sa hard work na ginawa niya.

Pero after all these, sumingit na naman ang pagiging KJ ko.

"Magkano kaya ang ginasto niya dito?" I mumble.

I mean, ang laki kaya ng mall at isang linggo lang sila dito. Surely, he would have worked a miracle just to make this happen. Right?

Anyway, I don't know how you did it man, but I commend you.

Turning my attention to Jaycee, I see V behind her ready to take the handkerchief off.

Si Aito naman, naka position as harap ni Jaycee with a single rose at hand.

I nod in knowingly.

Oooh... he went for the simple look.

Then again, with the display he made, wala na ata siyang budget para sa bouquet.

Haha just kidding. Rich kid kaya tong batang 'to.

Music started playing.

A mellow instrumental tune resonates through the venue.

And holding a mic to his mouth, Aito sings for his beloved girlfriend.

His sweet voice echoed throughout the mall and I heard women swoon behind me.

Yes bish ganda ng boses niya no?

Hearing the lyrics, I recognise the song and involuntarily let out an amused snort.

Well, damn.
