The start of everything

Yara entered the bathroom after along day in the operations room. It wasn't easy operation , but thanks for Allah everything went good but Namik and the press is waiting outside so that she can talk to them.
It is important she knows that , but for some reason she doesn't like Namik at all even he is the best business man , as the most of the people say , but something in her heart says he is not
She made sure that her Hijab and here clothes were ok and then she went out
She forced out some smiles beside Namik and then disappeared when she had a chance to , then she sat down on the first chair she found " Ya Allah ! It was a hard day" she was trying to take sometime to rest and then her phone rang " Doctor Yara ! " manly voice answered her with panic
" Yeah that is me who is talking? " she answered , starting feeling worried.
" Sorry to tell you , but you need to come to your uncle's house now . Something bad happened and we need you.." that was one of the servants of her uncle .
Her relationship with her uncle was not that good , but as a doctor and as a human she was not able to stop herself from caring " So ! Can't you get him to the hospital? " she asked as she stood up walking feeling panic right now
" I am so sorry , but I think it will be too late . I don't think he will be able to make it until you are here.." he said disappointedly
" Ok I will come just wait for me " she said going out quickly and took the first taxi she found

She got out of the taxi before it totally stop . She found men with guns waiting in front of the door , it wasn't odd as her uncle is kind of mafia guy , but still he is her uncle after all
" I am Doctor Yara . They called me about my uncle "
Abdeen and the mute ( right and left hand for Ferhat Aslan ) were the men in front of the door so one of them went to get the permission from Ferhat so she can get in
" You can go " Abdeen said so she entered quickly feeling more worried now

She went in to find more people with guns , but also it was like a small hospital and her uncle was laying there bleeding to death
" So! Doctor Yara , Am I write ? " a strong manly voice got her out of her surprise
She didn't notice there was anyone in the room except her and her uncle who seemed to be dying
" Will you save him or will you just watch him die ? " he asked with a cold tone in his voice and that forced her to look at him finally
She found a tall guy with a great body and handsome face , but she got scared of him as that look in his eyes she knew it will , a look of a dead man inside
" Wh..What happened? " she finally managed to say still feeling surprised , shocked and afraid
" Wasting time asking questions can't make you a good doctor. Save him or I will take his life in front of your eyes and I will take yours . He took something that belongs to us and we need it back " Ferhat said taking couple of steps closer and she took couple of steps away
" I cannot save him here ! It looks like he is hurt badly and he needs to go to the hospital " she said avoiding looking directly to his eyes
" Oh..you that you need a motivation, choose which one of those servants you want me to kill first " he said pointing with his gun to some point on the ground and again it was the first time she was able to notice the people who were tied up and setting on the ground
That panic look in their eyes , they weren't able to talk as their mouths were closed but she was able to tell that they were begging for their lives specially that pregnant woman " They are innocent people! You can't do that for them.." she said kind of nervous and angry while looking directly to his eyes
" What a sad thing ! The only sin they have made that they accepted to work here , so will you help them walk out of here alive or.." he said pointing to them again with the same cold and cruel look in his eyes 
She closed her eyes trying to control herself " Ok ! Ok ! Just don't do anything to them " she said while walking to the table her uncle was sleeping on and he put his gun back to its place

Couple of hours passed and after she finished the surgery she slept beside her uncle , when she woke up she found that he started to get up " Good job , Doctor " Ferhat said to her while taking his place beside Kamal
" He is still so sick you can't talk to him while he is still like that " she said with a sleepy and tired voice while she wiped her face with her hand
" It is my decision not yours ! " he said calling someone
" Yeah right and you are the doctor her , no you are even better and stronger you are gangster " she said making her way to the bathroom
" Where are you going ? " he asked blocking her way
" To the bathroom! Hope you don't have an objection on that as you already took almost my everything " she said coldly and tiredly and then he let her go without talking anymore

When she was in the bathroom she heard that someone came and from the voice she was able to know he was Namik ! It was another shock for her , she felt that he was the bad guy but she didn't think he was going to be that bad
She heard the talk between them which ended up with her uncle saying that he needs time until he gives them what they want and Ferhat can take her as a guarantee and then Namik said to Ferhat secretly that they don't need her and she must be killed..
