(The Exclamation Mark or 'Bang' Symbol): A short form for expressing the presence of a specific trait or defining quality of a character in a story that is not usually part of the original canon characterization, or is an extreme interpretation of the canon characterization. The format of [trait]![character's name] manages to quickly and clearly give the reader an accurate depiction of the author's choice of characterization before they even read the story. Example: Werewolf!Harry (whereas Harry Potter is a Werewolf)
