Hey.. Can I come talk to you and Connor?

Yeah sure! I'm over at my apartment so go ahead and knock. Do you want me to tell him your coming over?

No. I want it to be a surprise.

Okay. Just knock when your here.

I knocked on Taylor's door and sighed. The door opened and Connor stood there with a confused look on his face.

"Uhh. What are you doing here, Sky?"

"I wanted to come by and say that I'm sorry for ignoring you and being mean to you. But I have one question." I said.

"Ask away." Connor opened the door wider and I stepped in.

"Is the whole brother-sister thing true?" I asked looking down. Connor picked my chin up and I look into his blue eyes.

"Why would I lie to you about this?"

"That's not answering my question."

"Okay, yes. It's true. Can I ask you a question?"

I nodded.

"Do you want to go, um, visit your, um, uh, real parents? We'll leave first thing tomorrow." My breathing stopped and I huffed.

I was speechless for about three minutes until I finally spoke up.

"O-Okay."

Connor hugged me and I finally hugged back.

"I'm so glad you aren't mad at me anymore." Connor cheered. I nodded and Taylor walked in.

"Skylar. I was wondering if you wanted to go exploring with me? I'll bring some of your friends if you want."

"Well, we never really got to know each other so let's just you and I go explore and shop."

Taylor smiled and grabbed her keys. "Let's go."

"What? Not like this! I need to put make-up on."

"You look perf, Sky." Taylor said.

"Really? Would you want to go out in public with no make-up?"

"Fine. I'll take you to your hotel. Did you really walk here from your hotel?"

I nodded and Taylor sighed before grabbing my hand and walking out.

We went to my hotel and I put my make-up on before walking to the door.

"Where are you going? Grace asked, which made me jump.

"Shit Grace. You scared me."

Grace laughed and caught her breath.

"I'm going to the mall with Taylor."

"Can I come?"

"Uh-"

"Yes! Let's go!" She rushed me out the door.
