Chapter Three

Alfie's POV

On the plane, I was sat by Skylar.

"Hey Alfie. Thanks for coming down to make me do this. It's going to be awesome. You're a good cousin."

I sighed. "You're a good...cousin, too." This is really going to be awkward because she isn't really my cousin. Although we are really good friends, she can't know the truth.

10 hours after the flight takes off, we land to check on the plane. Once everything was good, we were in the air again and flew to London.

Skylar's POV

"What are we doing in London?" I asked.

"I have to film a DailyMix video with Jim. We're doing a scavenger hunt around London." Joe said, running his fingers through his hair.

"Okay..." I trailed off.

"We're going to my flat. Joe's going to take a train back to Brighton when he's done." Alfie said. Joe walked away toward a figure who I guess was Jim.

"Okay." I repeated.

"Skylar. Can I, uh, talk to you?" Alfie asked. I nodded and followed him ten feet away from Connor and Caspar.

"What Alfie?"

"Are you and Joe-"

"Don't ask that Alfie. I don't know if we'll even be the same after I said no."

Alfie looked down and sighed. "Well, do you want to come to me and Zoe's wedding?"

My mouth dropped open and I squealed. "What! You guys are getting married! I thought you guys broke up!"

"We did but then we couldn't stand being without each other and we got back together two weeks after you left."

I frowned when I realized that that could've been me and Joe.

"Oh. Of course I'm coming! When is it!"

"In seven months. Now you have to stay in England for a long time!"

"Alfie. What's the real reason that you came down?"

Alfie sighed and looked down into my eyes.

"W-We heard what happened."

"Wha-How! You were still in your plane when it happened!"

"I know..."

"Did Luke tell you that I attempted it or what?"

"Attempted what?"

"Suicide."

Alfie's POV

"Suicide."

My eyes went wide.

"YOU TRIED TO KILL YOURSELF! Sky! Why the fuck would you do that?"

Skylar shrugged and I rolled my eyes.

"You made a promise last year that you wouldn't hurt yourself."

"I know but there was a lot of stress going on."

"But still," I sighed. "Just don't do it again or I will never speak to you again."

"Alfie!" Sky yelled. I ignored her and walked towards Connor and Caspar.

"Okay! Who's ready to take a train back to Brighton."

Skylar's POV

We got off the train in Brighton and a herd of girls ran up to me, Alfie, and Caspar.

"Oh my God! It's Skylar Matthews!"

I smiled. "Hey!" I screamed along with them.

"Omg! Look it's Alfie Deyes!" I mocked the screaming girls and pointed at Alfie and they screamed and ran up to him.

Connor and I laughed and he pat my back. "Nice one little sis." I raised my eyebrows and looked at Connor. His eyes were wide and he looked straight at Alfie.

"What did you-"

"Can we be in your vlog?" One of the girls ask. I remember her from somewhere...

"Um, sure." I pulled out my vlogging camera. "Hello Skylarites! I'm here with some fans that we found at the Brighton train station. There names are..."

"Katrina." (:D)

"Carter."

"Hannah." (:D)

"Right! So how are you guys?" I asked, with the camera panned on the girls.

"Great!" They yelled.

"Isn't it weird that you have the same name as my brother Carter, Carter?"

Carter laughed and hugged me unexpectedly.

"Yep! Me and my friends have to go. Bye Skylar! Nice meeting you!"

"Nice meeting you. See ya around." I said cheerfully. All of the girls left but Hannah.

"Remember us. My friends were the ones who called you an ugly bitch. Sorry about that." That's where I know them from!

"Aren't you the one who called me beautiful?" Hannah nodded. I hugged her and waved. "Bye!" She said.

After she left, I smiled.

"Wow. I loved how they completely ignored me." Connor said and I laughed.

"Me too." Caspar said.

Connor got a phone call and walked away to answer it.

"Should we get a taxi?"

"Let's wait for Con."

"Alrighty then."

Connor came back about 10 minutes later with a girl.

"Hey guys. This is my girlfriend, Taylor."

"Hi!" I hugged her tightly.

"Hello." She said in an American accent.

"Well, should we go now?"

"Yes we shall."
