Soulmates?

You already know soulmates don't actually exist in this world. The closest thing you'd get to soulmates is that the person a wolf visually imprints on usually becomes their lifetime mate, which they can "seal" that bond by Blood Imprinting, which is completed by biting the other. But, don't be fooled by this fairytale like love, it is possible to replace a mark {blood imprint bite} on a female/male werewolf. It only works if a male/female werewolf that is not their mate bites over the mark and then mates with them right after.

Since the Blood Imprint bond is supposed to keep mates strongly connected, it will make sex quite painfully if it's with anyone else, which is just a disturbing affect of the bond trying to keep the couple together. So, that being said, another werewolf would only be able to steal someone else's mate if they kidnapped them and pretty much raped them. This is very rare, but it can happen, and has been recorded in "Lycanthropy History."

It is also against "Lycanthropy Law" to do this, and if it is done and known about, the penalty is a brutal, public, death.
