With a gestation of only 3 to 4 months, pregnant werewolves have the same symptoms during the pregnancy as humans. If the female is human though, this can be very dangerous. Pregnant werewolves usually try to avoid shifting into their werewolf form or anything too dangerous for the baby. Usually only up to 3 pups are born a litter, but no more, but even that is rare.
