"Hurry," he whispered and grabbed my hand.
I clutched onto my backpack and ran with him
My legs and arms getting slapped with the branches and brush of the forest.
Gun shots and sirens echoed off in the distance, sounding like they were getting closer.
He looked back and tightened his grip on my hand.
I jumped over logs and stumbled over rocks.
"Don't look back, just keep your eyes on me." He said
The familiar shed we lived in appeared,
We rushed in and shut everything, no light was allowed inside.
He brought me close behind a large cabinet.
His arms tightened around me, my ear pressed aainst his chest.
Our heart beast, fast and pounding, beating like one.
"They won't get you, I promise." He whispered.
I clung onto him, my savior, my source of survival.
"I'm scared." I mumbled and hid in his neck.
This was our norm, I had to get used to it all.
He stroke my short bob of hair, which made me miss my long hair.
"You're safe with me, you trust me right?" He asked
I smiled and nodded, "Of course Chan."
A squence of knocks on the door made us separate.
"Hyunjin! Felix!" I smiled and got up to open the door.
"Min-ji!" They greeted
