So today I just needed to get out of the house, especially after last night, so I decide I am going to go to the mall for the day.

I'm going to go get some money by myself because I tired of Nicks ass, so after I get my money I'm leaving and finding my own place.

I can't deal with the bullshit anymore. I'm still young and have my whole life ahead of me and don't want to waste it with someone that thinks it's ok to control me.

Nick wasn't always like this, when we first met he was so sweet and never made me do anything I didn't want to do. My brothers didn't really like him as much so I became distant. But when I started to build a relationship with them again, Nick didn't like that.

He liked the idea of it just being my and him against the world, but my family was my everything. I was scared that if I would leave he would kill me, so I stayed for so long and now I'm not scared anymore.

LATER THAT NIGHT

It was time for me to go, so I grabbed my keys and started walking to the door

"We're you going?" Nick asked

"To mind my own business I think you should do the same"

"Don't get smart Imani"

"To late" I said walking out the door and slamming it before he could stop me

I pulled up at this building we wanted to rob for a while and I snuck through the window. After going through a couple of rooms I finally found the one with a safe in it

"Jackpot"

I started using my gun banging on the lock trying to break it

Maybe that was a bad idea because 2 guys came rushing in the room and I just froze

"what the fuck are you doing in here" one of them said

"Get her" the another one ordered

There was no where I could go. They grabbed me and put a raggedy bag on my head. I tried to fight back but they were strong and I couldn't see.

"Let me go!" I screamed and all I can think is why did I do this alone

So stupid!

They took the bag off and put tap over my month so I couldn't speak and put the bag back on

"That will make her shut up" one of the guys spoke as the tied my hands together behind my back

They carried me somewhere I really don't know but I heard a door open and one of the guys started to speak "We caught some one trying to steal from you boss"

Then the other guy behind the door Spoke

"Bing 'em in"

I was carried into a room and was sat in a very uncomfortable chair then the door slammed

"So you tried to steal from me"

"Mmmmmmm.... Mmmmm"

My heart was beating out of my chest as I heard footsteps coming closer towards me. Then the bag was snatches off my head and I was shocked who I saw my eyes widened

"Imani! "he gasps in shock to see me as well
