Bilbo's POV
I call out to YN, to warn her about the orc pulling back his bowstring; an arrow loaded and pointed straight at her "YN!" I yelp, but it's too late; the arrow is released, finding it's way into YN stomach.
I stare at YN in shock. She looks down and slowly pulls out the arrow, her head slowly looks back up again, this time her gaze meeting mine. "no" I whisper to myself as YN's stance faulters, and she drops to her knees and the ground.
"No!" I scream as I run to YN and scoop her up in my arms.
Another arrow flies through the air, but his time it's from Kili's quiver, the arrow finds it's way into the heart of the enemy who shot YN.

"No, no...YN" Tears streak down my face as I hold the young Hobbit in my arms, I pull her closer to me "No, this can't be happening... I can't live without you, I need you," I sob "You have to be okay, you have to be okay, you have to be okay," I repeat over and over again. not wanting to accept the fate of my beloved.
Kili is now at my side, "Bilbo, I am so sorry" he says a quiver in his voice.
I pull YN face towards mine so our foreheads are touching " I love you so, so much... I wish you could have heard those words from my lips one last time." I whisper "I'm sorry I couldn't save you... I'm sorry"

I sit away from the company one night, my cheeks stained red from tears "how you holding up?" Fili says in a mournful tone, as he comes to sit next to me. I pull a ring from my pocket and hold it up for Fili to see, Fili's mouth opens slightly and his eyebrows pull together a look of empathy dances across his face. "I got it in Rivendale... I loved her."
