When You're Amy Tomlinson (Harry Styles)

1. Introduction

I'm in my room doing my homework when my brother Louis walks in. If you didn't know, I am Amy Tomlinson and yes I am Louis Tomlinson's younger sister. I used to live with my parents and siblings but about 2 years ago, when I was 15, I came to London with my uncle for his business trip. It was only supposed to be for 3 months but I really got attached everyone here and decided to stay with them. So yeah, I live in a house with 5 boys and am now 17 years old. Also, very sadly, no one has yet introduced me to their girlfriends. Pretty sad, right?

"Good evening Louis, what would you like," I ask annoyed while rolling my eyes. I hate when people disturb while I do homework.

"Sorry for disturbing, I know you're doing homework," Louis says noticing my annoyance. "The boys and I are going to Starbucks so I was wondering if you want anything?"

"It's alright, I don't mind if people disturb my homework for Starbucks," I say happily and Louis chuckles. If you can't tell, I really love Starbucks. "Just get me a Passion iced tea lemonade please".

"Alright, I will," says Louis walking out of my room. I get back to homework. I don't understand why teachers always give so much homework. It's such a hassle.

I doze off while doing my homework. I start thinking about what happened today at school. It's been a week since school started and I'm already having problems. As I was walking to my car today these 3 guys came up to me. They were pretty muscular so the thought of what they could have done is pretty scary.

One of the guys asked me if I needed a ride and I said no. I have a car so why would I need a ride. Even if I didn't have a car I still would not have said yes. I mean I have never even met these people before and if I needed a ride I have a boyfriend who goes to the same exact school as me.

Once I said no they started yelling at me. One of them grabbed me by the wrist and started pulling me. They took me to their car and pinned me on it. Lucky for me, before anything else happened, my boyfriend, Evan, came and saved the day. I thankfully did not get injured so I drove myself home.

As much as I did not want to tell Louis, I had to. I mean he had to know what happened to his younger sister, right? And even if I did not tell him, Evan would have.

While I am deep in thoughts, Louis walks in with my Starbucks drink making my mood happier. Now I will be able to do my homework without falling asleep. I get back to my homework and realize that Louis didn't leave.

"Yes," I say.

"I thought you would never notice me here," says Louis and I roll my eyes. "Ok, let me get to the point of why I'm here. I need you to make new friends. I know that you have always been hanging out with Evan since you met him, but you cannot always be with him. What if he breaks up with you? Plus you need to hang out with girls too."

"Wow....ok, I will," I say. "But why are you telling me this after 2 years?" It's weird because I don't remember him mentioning anything about this before and now all of a sudden after 2 years he's asking me to make friends.

"Amy, I have always tried telling you this but you just never listen to me," he says laughing. "Today I got your attention and you finally listened."

Louis now finally leaves the room. You're probably wondering why I don't have friends. Well, most of the girls that I have ever met were always just using me to get to Louis and his band. I would think that they were genuinely being nice to me but they were just doing it to meet Louis.

I met Evan about a week after I joined the school. We became friends and I always hang out with him and his group of friends. They are all very nice and I'd rather hang out with them than a fake friend. After I started hanging out with Evan, we both started having feelings for each other and he asked me out. At first, Louis wasn't okay with it because he's an overprotective brother. But then he met Evan and they instantly clicked. They're like best friends now.

I finally finish my homework an hour later. I go down to eat dinner.  I could smell the delicious food that had been cooked. After dinner, I decide to go to bed. Tomorrows going to be a long day. I have to find a friend who's not my boyfriend or any of his friends..... Well, this friend will not be fake.

Hey guys! So here is the first chapter! If you don't know this book is restarted. It used to be called When Your 18 and I had a few chapters uploaded. Anyways, I was reading the story and honestly, I wrote it when I was younger and it really wasn't good. The storyline didn't make sense at all and the chapters really sucked. So, I decided to restart the story. I am changing up a lot of the things because as I said the previous storyline sucked. The new title also fits what I want to do with this story. Also, I just wanted to say that this story does take place in 2013! Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this chapter! The next chapter will be up soon!
