"Oh. I guess that's true." He sounds uncomfortable.
"Sorry. Didn't mean to be crass. It just kinda came out."
"Don't be. What you said is true. And you're a teenage girl, who is completely gorgeous so you should be cautious." He says throwing me a bit when he calls me gorgeous. So of course I fall over trying to get my shorts up. "Are you alright?"
"Yep just a bit uncoordinated." I right myself and finish pulling up my shorts. I quickly switched my heels for flats and pulled all the bobby pins out of my hair letting it down and shaking it out. "Alright let's party!" I say getting out the back almost falling again.
"Wow you haven't even had anything to drink and you're already falling." He laughs.
"You'd be surprised. When I'm drunk I'm fairly balanced."
"You're joking right?"
"Course I'm joking. You think I'm klutzy now, just wait until I get a few drinks down. I'm warning you now. Just in case."
"So you plan on drinking?"
"Just a little. It's been a while."
"So I should be in for an interesting night." He's laughing again.
"Probably." I smile up at him. "Now let's go!" I take his hand and drag him behind me towards Sean's house. I can hear faint music coming from it now. This is typical for these kinds of parties. Just a bunch of friends, or kind of friends, doing stupid stuff. So you don't want to announce those stupid things to the neighbors through the use of very loud music. We walk up to the front door and Mike knocks.
"HELLO PARTY PEOPLE AND WELCOME TO PARTY CENTRAL!!!!" A guy yells at us after opening the door.
"Matt! SHUT THE HELL UP!!! What did I tell you about shouting that when opening the door!?!" Sean yells walking up behind the guy I'm assuming is Matt.
"Sorry man, you know how I get. You really shouldn't let me near the door."
"I already knew this. Where's Krystal? She was supposed to be watching you."
"Don't know man. I think she went upstairs with that guy. What's his name...Greg? Gary?"
"Glenn?"
"Yes. That was his name. I saw them go upstairs like 10 minutes ago."
"Damn it. KRYSTAL WHAT THE FU-" He stopped mid yell when he looked at us. "F*ck no! I told you he wasn't allowed to come." I rolled my eyes.
"And I told you if he doesn't come then I don't come and you said I had to come. So I'm here and so is he. I'll just leave with him if you say no." I tell him crossing my arms. He glares at me and I glare right back. If looks could kill we'd both be dead. Several times over. He doesn't say anything just turns around and walks away. "C'mon let's go I need a drink if I'm gonna make it through this." I say pulling Mike through the door.
"ROSE!!! WHAT'S UP GIRL!?!?!" Daniel yells from across the room. How can he already be drunk? It can't have been more than half an hour since they started. He's walking up to us. Crap. "Hello darling. So you brought this putz. Way to be a party pooper. At least tell me you'll be drinking." Well he's not drunk he's just a bit high. Dumbass.
"Don't be mean Daniel I can still kick your ass."
"Oh I know you can, now answer the question. Shall I bring you a drink?"
"Sure." He smiles broadly and turns to go grab me something. "Nothing too strong though please. I'd like to go easy for at least the first hour."
"Whatever you say princess. Just know I'm getting you so drunk tonight. It's been WAY too long since you've been to one of our parties." He says walking out of sight.
