Stanford's POV

Ya know, when spent every chance we possibly could together, going to each other's house, stuff like that, but all of that started to fade away on the day of the dance....

"Come on Pointdexter, you got this, just ask her already!" Stanley shoved the phone in my face.

"But what if she says no?" I fidget nervously on the couch.

"I'm sure she's into you, she couldn't bring herself to say no to a Pines Brother." Stanley smiled.

"Oh so is that why you don't have a date?" He turned red.

"I'm kidding, alright I'll call her."

I dial her number, she answers on the other line.

"Hello Y/N speaking!" She giggled.
"Oh, um, hi, Y/N, I, just.." I couldn't speak.

"Stanford?"
"Yeah, it's me." I finally spit out.
"Why didn't you say so, knucklehead!"
She kept giggling.
I gave a nervous ha, ha, yeah...

"So what's up?" She asked.
"And don't you say the roof, sky or whatever."

I roll my eyes, sarcasm has always been our thing.

I start ranting...
"Well I was wondering if.. youwouldliketogotothedancewithme
tonight,iknowitsshortnoticebut..."

"Of course." She giggled.
"It's not short notice, honestly I already got my dress and make-up, it won't take long."

"See you at 7." She spoke.
"S-see you at 7-7."

I hung up the phone and turned around to a creepy smiling Stanley Pines.

"She. Said. Yes." He spoke.

"SHE SAID YES!!" I finally broke and yell.

We came together and did a little victory dance.

"Oh, wait, now we got to get ready.."

We rush up to our room  and start changing.

"It's alright 6, I hope we won't be late." I mumble to myself.
