His head didn't hurt like it used to. He felt so much better about himself than he ever had before. Even lying in his boyfriends bed, beaten and bruised, he felt so overwhelmingly loved. He just laid there, his fingers laced with Liam's. Liams head resting so gently on his chest. He was happy.

He was kidnapped, beaten, tortured for information about Scott's pack. He thought it was ridiculous that they would take him out of anyone else, though their reasoning made too much sense. Scott couldn't stand seeing Liam hurt, and if Theo was hurt, so was Liam.

A strong and older pack, much wiser, and much more experienced in hurting others. He didn't know how, but whatever they had done to him it was healing as fast as it should.

Though this didn't bother him. It only gave him more of an excuse to lie with the boy that he loved more than he thought he could ever love someone.
