Wake up

3rd POV

"That's what they said last month and the month before that!" jimin yelled. The memebers had just gotten back from visiting Tae at the hospital, frustrated that he still hadn't woken up.

"They keep spouting that bullshit speech 'Yeah he should wake up soon nothings wrong' yet its been three months and he still hasn't" he said mimicking the doctors stupidly.

"Calm down we all feel the same way but what can we do about it?" namjoon said trying to calm the younger. "I don't know take him out that crack hospital and find a better doctor!" Jimin said falling onto the couch. The others rolled their eyes at the comment but couldn't help feeling the same way. If nothing was wrong with him why wasn't he waking up, it made no sense.

Aside from a few interviews they have pretty much been on break.This is usually the time they use for composing but nothing has really gotten done, everyone is too stressed and its getting the better of them. Every night the image of the stage light coming down on Tae about a foot away from them still runs clear through their minds.

The questions of 'what if' leave them feeling completely powerless, nothing they do can help him now. Everyone missed him, his bright and goofy personality no where in sight. Even the hope of the group was having a hard time bringing up the groups morale seeing as he was getting tired of trying to do goofy things.

"We'll go tomorrow and talk to them about what we can do.....again" Jin said upset about the situation. "We all need to rest though stressing over this isn't doing anyone any favors." Jin said moving towards his and yoongi's room. Everyone nodded and made their way to their rooms exhausted from mental stress, and drifted to sleep.

Namjoon POV

It was 6 a.m. and my phone rang, I ignored it too tired too pick it up. It rang again and again finally waking up our maknae. He throw a pillow at me shouting "Answer it!" before trying to fall back asleep.

I quickly grab my phone realizing it could have been important, it stopped ringing by the time I got up though. I scrolled through my 5 missed calls all from manager hyung and panicked, I quickly called him back.

"Hello? Hyung what happened?" I ask panicked. Kook heard me and quickly sat up wearing a worried expression.

"Finally you pick up all of you should come to the hospital now" he said. I felt my heart drop I wasn't sure what to think. "Is he-" I was cut off by hyung yelling to someone 'YEAH I'M COMING'.

"I have to go sorry, the car will be there in ten." he said and hung up. I could see Kookie's mouth moving but I couldn't hear a thing he said. His expression worsened after a while of me staying silent, he disappeared into the hall and came back with jin hyung quickly following behind.

"Hey what's wrong?" he asked softly rubbing my back. "W-we need to go to the hospital.... Manager hyung just called" I replied standing up to get dressed. They both paused for a minute staring at me jungkook looking like he was about to say something when jin stopped him.

"Kookie get dressed and wait down stairs I'll get everyone up." he said leaving the room.

Hoseok POV

I was abruptly awoken to the news that we were going to the hospital no explaination given at all as to why. So the whole car ride was unpleasant, everyone had eyes on namjoon but no one dared to ask anything because of jin hyung's warning.

All I could do was pray that Tae was ok and that it would be good news rather than bad. That was hard to do since there was no signs of him waking up and we all were there just yesterday, what could have changed so quickly.

As we arrived everyone let out a deep breath one by one getting out the car. We walked in extremely anxious, I felt kookie grab my shirt his grip was so tight I was sure his hands lost all blood flow. I softly rub his back trying to calm him a bit when a nurse passing recognised us and showed us to Tae's room.

Her smile caught my attention but I ignored it still feeling nervous, closer we got to the room the slower our feet moved. When we finally reached the door we stopped staring at it as though we would eventually be able to see through.

"Just go in" she said encouraging us, finally Jimin reached forward and opened the door. I had unconsciously shut my eyes to prepare for the worst. "Jiminie!~" my eyes shot open at the sound. It was Tae he was sitting up in the bed arms wide open waiting for hugs.

We all paused staring at him, it had been a minute since we'd seen him with his eyes open. "Hyungies Kookie? You ok?" he asked pouting slightly. We quickly ran to hug him which turned more into a pile up rather than hug.

"Yah you scared us next time pay more attention we've been so worried." Jin hyung said wailing. It was honestly funny to watch, "Huh?" Tae said clearly confused (You know the face 😦it's so cute) We paused staring at him "You don't remember?" I asked. "Member what?" he asked in a rather cute tone as well.

Just before anyone said anything else Manager Hyung walked in asking to speak with us outside. We followed him into the hall waiting for an explaination, "Yea so he woke up about 2 hours ago and they've just been running test and checking up on him" he said "Yea and?" yoongi hyung asked waiting

"He is fine.... physically anyway. They don't see anything but he can't remember anything about the accident so they think its more mental than anything." he said receiving and 'oh' from us. "He's been super busy and goofy since he woke, probably just excited to get out of here".

"Yeah I can tell" Jimin said smiling. Suddenly there was a huge thump noise coming from Tae's room, we all rushed in taken back by what we saw. "Waaahhhhhh" Tae was on the floor crying and rather loudly at that, Jin hyung immediately rushed over to see what was wrong.

"Tae what's wrong?" he asked kneeling down to him. "K-k--nee" he looked down and saw a small bruise on it. Tae continued to cry and clung to Jin hyung, no one knew what to do he's never acted like this before and trust me he's fallen plenty of times.

Even manager hyung was at a loss of what to do, alarmed by the crying many nurses followed by a doctor came in shooing us out the room. We all looked at each other puzzled by the scene just before as the door closed.

'What the hell just happened?"

YAAAAAAAY I finished the first chapter!!!! So upfront lets just pretend Tae looks like he did when they first debuted. Jungkook is still younger than him btw. Tae is 19 and kook is 18 Jimin is same age as Tae. Namjoon is 21 so is Hobi, suga is 22 and Jin is 23 ok. He was smaller and more baby faced back then so its easier for me to imagine these things (He looks like some Mythical GOD now like how does he exist lol) hope you enjoy. Laterz~💕
