Lena^^
I stare at my reflection, seeing the damage that can never be repaired. Me. The bruise on my left cheek just got worse, even my skin is giving up on me. I start to add conclear to hide it, not that anyone would care if they see it.
I tip toe down the stairs, with the hope of not waking up my step dad, or as I call him the monster. As I'm down to the last step I accidentally step on a beer can n no sooner does a plate crash onto my back
Off plate falls down shattering on the floor. I try to hold back tears and leave as I hear him say "fucking bitch."
He hasn't always been like this. In fact was used to be the best step father anyone can ever hope to have but that changed ever since my mom died of cancer. Now whenever he looks at me he sees her which angers him because he knows its not her, that it'll never be her. And I have no one else since my dad died in a car accident when I was three so I'm stuck with him and he's stuck with me.
°°At School°°
As I walk in, I see a group of zombies walking toward the classrooms, hallways, lockers. Each one minding their own business. That is before someone pours milk over my head and another trips me. Tears start to form in my eyes but I push them back and get up with my head held high as I walk away from the laughs and giggles.
After washing the milk from my clothes and hair I barely make it to class.
"Nice for you to join us." Ms. Clark says with a stern look.
"Umm....I'm sorry" I mumble as I make my way to the back of class. A bunch of snickers are heard and whispers are spread
"Eww don't you know what showers are?" One says as she hold her nose when I pass by her.
My cheeks burn as I make it to my seat and sit down.
Ms. Clark is about to start her lesson again when the door opens. This makes her fume.
"Oh. And look who else decided to join us today." She says as Jack Spencer, the Football Quarter back, and every girls dream guy enters
"Be happy I even came to your stupid class." Ms. Clark looked like she was going to pop a blood vessle as he walks to the back of the class room and to my good luck he decides to sit right next to me.
Note the sarcasm
I try to move as far away from him as my desk will let me but before I can get far he starts sniffing
"Mmm chocolate milk nice choice." He says with a smirk and the whole class erupts with laughter.
