"What were you going to say, Angela?"

Just hearing Fareeha say her name made her all goofy inside. She couldn't keep up her snide remarks or sarcastically irresistible facade. The girl was going to see right through her, if she didn't get herself together.

"I was going to say that I am-"

Her bottom lip quivered a little as she bit down hard on it. Fareeha instantly felt a pang of worry in her chest, bringing Angela into her arms quickly. She didn't mean to upset her. Or maybe it was just cold outside? Oh, she hated not knowing, but wouldn't dare to ask.

"You don't have to talk about it, Angel" She rubbed her back softly, earning little sniffles and a pair of blue orbs staring up at her.

"Angel?" Her words were quiet, as if trying to process what she'd said.

"Well, of course" She smiled down at her, taking into notice her cheeks blooming rosily. "It's short for your name, but it's also because your beautiful"

Once Angela smiled, Fareeha gave a sheepish chuckle and added, "W-well, also because we went flying.. and Angel's... fly.. yeah.."

"You don't have to say anymore, Fareeha" Slowly, carefully, Angela sat up now facing directly towards Fareeha. Her quirky smile was bright and her eyes were in a daze. "I think I'm ready to tell you what I wanted to before. Fareeha, I l.."

A gunshot sounded through the air, causing both of the women to jump. Fareeha turned her head quickly, only to see a body fall from the clustered woods and land right next to her. The body was small and fragile, but that wasn't the thing Fareeha had noticed. The woman's face was covered by a black & yellow mask, resembling a ghoul or creature. She wore a very detailed outfit, obtaining the same colors and theme. But the sniper she had..

"Reyes...!" Mercy called forth her Pumpkin-headed servant whom immediately picked up the woman. He teleported away in quick haste, not wanting to upset the woman anymore.

"What's going on?" Fareeha tried to shake the woman from her trance, "ANGELA. Who's coming?!"

Mercy looked at her and whispered, "Van Helsing.."

The woman ran hand-in-hand to her mansion, where all of her other servants assumed their roles. Fareeha didn't know what was going on, or whom this man was, but he seemed to be a big deal.

"Angela, will you please tell me what is wrong"

But it was no use. The woman was already set in her own mind on what to do, not allowing any distractions to ruin what they had going. She took Fareeha up the stairs and to her room. A blush remained on the woman's face the whole while.

Her room was dark, lit by small candles and little lanterns lining the walls causing a soft, orange flow to the mix. Her bed was rather large, and high up from the ground. Black lace lined the top, creating a drape like feature to it, teasingly hiding the pillows and silk blankets away.

"Is this really the time to be.."

"Fareeha, get in there and s-stop being so.." Angela's face burned red and she shook her head, "Never mind.. just hide.." She pushed her into the closet and slammed the door shut, locking it. Fareeha peeked through the wooden blinds, the only openings revealed to her.
