The light skinned male moved the cigar from his lips, spitting to the side as his eyes narrowed at the Countess before him. His shaggy brown hair stuck up messily, he'd been exhausted these past few days. But he wasn't worried about hygiene at the moment. He needed answers.

He had the woman tied firmly to the chair, immobilizing her by having the Branch of a Wild Rose near her at all times. She was completely paralyzed, as long as it remained there. It was time for some questions, and she was no stranger to the answers.

"You wanna tell me why you were caught lurkin' near the village, Countess?" The cigar found its way to his mouth once more. Cloudy smoke emitted from it, causing her to cough repeatedly. He puffed regardless. They weren't necessarily friends.

"Will you put that damn thing out..?" She hissed, turning her head away. She wished she could move her arms to fan it out of her face. She hated their encounters, very much so and wished Helsing would leave her alone or just kill her already.

He took it into his hands and smashed the tip into his desk, the smoke slowly disappearing. "You know, one of these days I'm gonna kill you"

"Do it, you'll do us all a favor" She huffed, rolling her golden eyes.

"You know about the disappearance of that woman. Don't you?"

Her ears perked up, immediately knowing what he wanted now. She grinned from ear to ear, shaking her head at him.

"You mean that little old lady?~" The vampiress chuckled, causing Mccree to growl under his breath. "I don't suppose you'd leave me alone forever if I told you?"

"Not a chance" He spit, clenching his fists annoyed with her games. "I have something you may want, if you tell me"

The Countess knew he had nothing of interest for her, so she remained still. She wouldn't fall for any lie he had for her. Or his many tricks. Hopefully, he would end up leaving her alone soon enough. She hated their talks. And him.

"Fine, I guess you wouldn't want this.."

Mccree slid her a folder, opening it up to reveal a name.

'Gérard Lacroix'

Her face twisted into something of disgust and anger, barking unrecognizable language at him. "What is this?? Do you think your funny??"

He only smirked and shrugged his shoulders, "Heard you been tryin' to kill your maker for awhile now. This folder has all his information on file, including address and every place he's been for the past 6 months. Everything you need to know. All. Right. Here."

"So, you'd really let me kill him? You don't sound like much of the hero you acclaim to be"

He chuckled, holding onto his small beer belly. "Oh, Pumpkin I ain't no hero. And besides, if it takes one life to save millions more, I'm willin' to take that chance. I don't take kindly to you damn vampires" The last part came out as harsh as poison.

Her eyes lowered to the files in front of her, feeling her insides do a flop. Never did she expect to see his name again. Or that face. Revenge was just in front of her, as easy as 1,2,3 she could kill the man who made her this way. Whom robbed her of her innocence. Who made her a monster.

"How am I to know you wouldn't just kill me?" She breathed out, furrowing her eyebrows. "How do I know this isn't a trap?"
