Don't leave your room

When you came back to the house, the sun was entirely gone and the only light that was left came from the moon and from the small narrow windows from the house. Hesitantly you followed Jimin up the stairs and entered the building. As soon as you stepped over the doorstep, you immediately sensed a totally different aura in the house than you had felt earlier. The lightning was more dimmed than it had been before, and the whole placed gave off a creepy feeling in your stomach as you wandered into the living room. To your surprise no one was there, it was almost completely silent, a bit too quiet for you. 

"Okay y/n, I'm gonna show you to the room that you will be staying in tonight. But please listen to me when I say this." Jimin said sounding serious and looked at you right in the eyes when he continued "As soon as I leave, close the door and lock it. And whatever you do, don't leave the room until the morning comes. Okay?" 

You looked at him with a rather confused expression, why would he say that? 

"But why can't I leave the room, what if I need to use the bathroom?" you asked genuinely curious.

Jimin sighed and glanced around, just like he was checking so that no one was around. Then he leaned in towards your ear, and whispered.

"Remember that you're in a house filled with predators. We might look sophisticated during the day, but at night...well...let's just say that we can get a bit too "hungry" when there's a human around." he said and scratched the back of his head and chuckled softly.

You scoffed at the thing he said about sophisticated. Were Jimin supposed to be "sophisticated", yeah right. Jimin glared at you for not taking his words seriously, and put his hands on your shoulder and looked at you serious again. 

"Y/n there's nothing ironic about this, just promise me!" 

You pushed away his hands and muttered annoyed 

"Yeah yeah, I promise." 

On that note Jimin brought you upstairs up a beautiful wooden staircase, and up to the second floor. He lead you to a door that was in the end of a long corridor and opened it, he turned to you and gestured for you to step inside. Before he closed it, he stared at you for a bit making you uncomfortable. But then Jimin shook his head like he woke himself up from a daze, and pointed at something behind you.

"There is the key. Look it from the inside and you should be good for the night." he said and you noticed that it was a shiny old looking key that laid on a table behind you, you grabbed it and looked at him who were still standing there in the doorway staring. 

"Okay, I will. Now goodnight Jimin." you said and literally pushed him out and closed the door and locked it. 

What was his deal anyway?

You woke up in the middle of the night, because you were really in need of using the bathroom. So you got up from the bed, and made your way towards the bedroom door, but stopped when you remembered what Jimin had told you earlier. Perhaps there were a point in what he had said? Sirens were dangerous creatures, but you really really needed to get to a bathroom immediately. So with no other choice left, you slowly turned around the key and opened the door. 

As silently as you possibly could, you tiptoed out of the room and was greeted with darkness. The long hallway looked a whole lot creepier now than it had done when Jimin had been with you, and you still sensed that mystical aura around you when you tried to make you way through the dark corridor. Trying to walk as close to the wall as you could without tripping over something, you did your best to make your way towards a light that was in the end of the corridor. 

"Where is  that damn bathroom?" you muttered for yourself, when you finally saw a door that some light was pouring out from. Lucky enough it was a bathroom, so you hurried into it and locked the door behind you. 

After doing your business in there you sneaked out through the door and began making your way back, when you suddenly noticed a door just a little bit away from you that stood open. It was only a small crack, but it was enough for you to see a mystical green blue light coming from it. What kind of room was that? Your curiosity took over and the urge of checking it out, became too strong. So instead of going back to your room, you walked towards the door and carefully peeked through the crack of it. What you saw made your eyes go wide, without hesitation you opened the door and walked in. It was a big room with not much in it, but in the middle of it was a big hole in the floor. Or that was what you thought at first, but as you moved closer to it you noticed that it was filled with water. Green and blue light was coming from it, and was lighting up the whole room like some kind of disco ball. Why did they have that in here, and how was it even possible since they were on the second floor? 

You sat down next to it and stared down the surprisingly very deep and dark hole. As you was leaning over it to get a better look, you suddenly felt an invisible power that pulled you down towards the water. Began to panic, you did everything in your power to try to fight against it. And just when you thought that you would fall into the dark water, a deep voice behind you said.

"Oh we are being a bit too nosy for our own good I see."

I'm sorry if I'm once again late with a chapter, but you know school is taking up most of my spare time so hehe... Anyways! I'm sorry if this chapter wasn't that interesting and a bit too long, but hopefully you found it at least a bit entertaining:) I'm also very happy that you all have been very positive about the story this far, I'm gonna try my best to keep it that way haha.
