Yuri kissed Whitney back softly, her hands gently cupping Whitney's cheeks, a delicate contrast to Whitney's boldness. But Whitney's hand, coarse from labor, reached for Yuri's ass, and Yuri's thoughts shattered. "What the hell?" she thought, brushing Whitney's hand away from her hips with a subtle yet firm gesture. Their lips remained locked, and Yuri realized that while Whitney lacked finesse, there was an underlying pleasure in the kiss, a pleasure she knew Sasha had relished. Sasha's voice echoed in her mind, "Damn, you're wet, Yuri," and Yuri wondered why those words stirred such a primal response within her. Why did it feel like something Sasha would whisper in her ear, hands clasped above the door, the intimacy of the moment so palpable? The thought sent a shiver down Yuri's spine, her imagination spiraling into a realm she couldn't quite grasp. Was she really conjuring Sasha's presence in this chaotic moment, or was it simply the heat of the encounter clouding her judgment?
Sasha's voice echoed insistently in her mind, stirring a deep yearning within her, a longing that pulsed through her veins like wildfire. Why did Sasha's words hold such power over her, igniting a desire that felt both exhilarating and dangerous? Yuri shook her head slightly, trying to dispel the fantasy creeping into her reality, but it clung to her, relentless and intoxicating. Whitney's fingers trailed up Yuri's thigh, beneath her dress, eliciting a silent groan from Yuri, a desire for something forbidden consuming her. Any anger toward Whitney for this clandestine encounter dissipated, and Yuri's mind became a tempest of thoughts, fixated on Sasha and how she would touch her. "For you," Yuri whispered, her voice hoarse, responding to Sasha's words, her body trembling with anticipation.
"You are enjoying this too much" Sasha's voice spoke.
"Mmmhh, Sasha..." The words slipped out of Yuri's mouth before she could stop them. The moment felt like it was slipping through her fingers when she suddenly heard Jordan shout, "TIME'S UP!" for the second time.
Whitney pulled back, licking her lips with a teasing smile, her eyes narrowing. "Who's Sasha?"
Yuri froze. Her heart skipped. What?
"Nobody," she muttered quickly, guilt flooding her chest.
When Whitney opened the door, Yuri didn't think twice. She stormed out, her feet carrying her downstairs and through the crowd of drunk, underage teenagers. She needed air, needed to escape the overwhelming confusion. Once outside, she waited, feeling her pulse racing as she fought to control her emotions until Jason caught up to her.
"It doesn't make any sense," Yuri whispered, her voice trembling. The tears she had been holding back finally began to fall, and she didn't know why. She looked at Jason, her best friend, and in that moment, all she wanted was to feel understood. Jason wrapped her in a comforting hug.
"What did you feel? Tell me exactly what you felt?" he asked gently, his voice full of concern.
Yuri pulled away slightly, wiping her tears but not speaking for a moment. "I... I don't know. I didn't open my eyes because just seeing Whitney... it makes me sick. But the kiss, it wasn't what I expected. It was frustrating. It was like I was so thirsty, and someone gave me a cold glass of water. And for a moment, I was savoring every drop, even though I knew I shouldn't be."
Jason didn't pull away. He let her speak, his face softening. "If you didn't open your eyes, did you imagine who you were kissing?"
Yuri swallowed hard, tightening her hold on him. She couldn't answer him, not truthfully, not now. The situation felt so absurd, so ridiculous, she wasn't sure how to make sense of it. The whole night felt like a blur, everything changing so quickly.
She wished she could tell Jason, but there was so much he didn't understand. There was so much she didn't understand.
Jason was the best friend she could ask for, but he didn't know about her alter. What if her alter's feelings—meant something more? What if Yuri had been in denial about it all along?
She couldn't deny the pull she felt during the kiss in the closet. She couldn't deny the heat, the desire that surged inside her, and it left her shaken.
"Earth to Yuri, are you okay?" Jason's voice brought her back to the moment, his hand on her shoulder.
Yuri nodded but didn't let go of him. She wasn't ready to face everything, not yet. The reality of it all—her confusion, her feelings, the guilt—was too much. She still couldn't believe that she had moaned Sasha's name. And it wasn't just that. When Jason kissed her back in the car, all she could think of was Sasha, too.
It was absurd. Was it her disorder making her think these things? Was it just her mind playing tricks on her? She didn't know.
The truth was, she didn't know who she was anymore. Her sexuality was so unclear to her now, it felt like everything had been flipped upside down. She didn't ask for this confusion, didn't want it.
Being bi-curious felt like a burden, like something she had to figure out before everything spiraled out of control.
