Description:

When Raven Night was alive she had, since the age of three, been trained into a deadly killer and by the age of 25 her prowess had become legend; she was beyond a shadow of a doubt the most deadly assassin the world had even seen. They called her 'the night songstress' and every man and women in power feared to one day hear her 'singing' - it would be the last thing they would ever hear.

But at that time young miss Night was sent on a mission she refused to complete and as a consequence she was hunted down and killed. As darkness takes her she cannot help but feel resent - would her countless slaughters on other peoples command be her only legacies!?

To her surprise the darkness fades and she finds her self reborn in a world of magic and martial arts. Perhaps this time around she will create a better legend for herself?

An European kind of setting novel with Chinese novel elements and cultivation. For those of you who usually mix up the names of the Chinese characters, you'll be relieved to know that the names of the character in this book are a lot easier.

Although it's not in a Chinese setting, it's apparent to anyone who's read the Chinese cultivation or reincarnation novels that this is definitely inspired by them. But what I like about this is that the MC is actually an assassin who acts like an assassin. In many C-novels, the title of number 1 assassin is just for show and the MC's skills never come up unless it's convenient for the plot. But I'll warn you, there is real gore in this novel.

The Male Lead for this book is kind of ok. He's not my favorite. Maybe not yours either if you only like cold, black bellied male leads. But I wouldn't consider skipping this book just because of him. The MC is worth checking it out for. And so is her brother; he's an important character and one of her companions.

The author originally published this book on her own site but she made an account for Wattpad, too, so if you're all for offline reading, go check it out. But the chapters on Wattpad don't get released as quickly as on her own site, and they are usually behind by a couple of dozen chapters.
