Sources close to Harry Styles and Micah Reed say that their first court date will be this Friday, in New York. Harry Styles is looking to sue Nichole Reilly on accounts of defamation. Both Styles and Reed are suing for emotional distress of Reilly faking a pregnancy. Law enforcement also granted and issued the couple a restraining order against Nichole Reilly. Although, Reilly stands by her claim that Styles fathered the child she is allegedly is expecting. Fans are distraught that a friends so close to the pair would even pull a "stunt" like that in attempts to gain "clout" or attention.

Earlier today, Reilly, took to social media to share a snap of her food and captioned it "I would never eat this but Baby Styles has his fathers appetite" and added a heart at the end. Justin Bieber, Reed's ex-fiancé, commented "what baby". The world is at the edge of their seats to find out if Nichole is saying the truth or if Nichole will be facing up to 2 years of prison time. As of right now, Lawyers say that Reilly's bail could be up t0 5k. Although it hasn't come to that, Tmz has reached out to Styles' team for a comment. For now we're left wondering how things will go down.

nikkilouise: I can't keep up with the lies. I thought that was I was doing would somehow make me feel better when in reality it made me realize what I was actually doing, who I was harming. I've known Micah and Harry for five years now. We went to high school together and became friends during my short-lived romance with Harry. Micah gave all of us the chance to come to LA with her as soon as her first pay check from Vogue came in. She wasn't forced to do that, she could've left without us but she brought us along, saying "without you guys I wouldn't be here". Micah is selfless and for a long time after Vogue noticed her and she began gaining more popularity, I envied her. I began to surround myself with people who envied Micah as much as I did. People who would love to see her fail. I became one of those people soon after. I was pregnant but not by Harry. I'm sorry, Micah. I'm sorry, Harry. I hope you find it in your hearts to forgive me.
