After picking up their order from the counter,they all went and sat on the semi circular bench.At one end was suga,next to him Yoonji,V,RapMonster, J-Hope,JIMIN,Jin,Ji-Eun and next to her was Jungkook .
The division in the group was very much visible.V and Yoonji were busy in their own world talking about the possibilities of finding rabbits on the moon.Jin and Ji-Eun talking about chocolate cookies.As Yoonji's mother owned a bakery and both JI-Eun and Yoonji worked there as part time workers.
The rest of guys who were sandwiched between these two group were enjoying the food on their plates while being ignorant towards the others.And the remaining two who were seating at the end of the seats and opposite to each other were thinking of possibilities of getting the attention of the girl sitting next to them. While one was determined, the other was convincing himself that he is thinking of such a thing only because their chatter was causing him headache.
As yoonji is sipping her drink she realises its over. She thinks of asking V to go with her to the food counter so that they are a bit away from the rest of the boys for a while. She smiles to herself and asks the rest of them if they wish to have anything to which jimin and jhope tell her their choice whereas the rest deny. Yoongi waits for her to ask him but is disappointed when she doesn't even bother. Frustrated he says,"I want to have sprite" to which all look at him. Yoonji just raises her eyebrow and asks,"so??? Go and get it yourself...and while your at it get me a coke,V oppa a hamburger along with some fries,jimin oppa a hamburger and hoseok oppa some fries...." she completes clearly pleased with her self.
She then turns around to talk with V when she is yanked up from her seat towards the counter. When she looks up from the hand holding her she realizes its Yoongi whose still busy leading her to the queue. She yanks her hand out of his hold and opens her mouth to yell at him when Yoongi calmly interrupts her," The order is big I cannot carry it alone."
She just grumbles saying ,"you could have just asked what's the need to pull so hard.." to which Yoongi's eyes soften and he mumbles a "mianhe" to her.
A look of surprise passes her face which she changes to a poker face nodding at Yoongi. While the line is moving suddenly Yoonji feels a pressure on her lower back she jumps at it and looks at Yoongi while he just moves her forward and stands behind her in the queue. She turns behind to give him a piece of her mind when she notices few high school boys behind him who are jokingly pushing each other. During this one of them hits Yoongis back. Yoongi just turns around and gives them a glare which makes them apologize right away. Yoonji turns in front smiling to her self . She realizes what she's doing when she just shakes her head.
Meanwhile on the other side....
All the boys are staring in the direction in which Yoongi pulled Yoonji dumbfound. Suddenly
J-hope clears his throat and they continue talking with each other or laughing . But jungkook here is clearly impressed by his Yoongi hyung's idea.He suddenly gets up and tries to pull Ji-Eun with him. Ji-Eun is totally confused and looks at him questioningly?Jungkook just says,"I want a sprite."
After listening to this V,Jimin and Namjoon smack their head and J-hope and Jin are trying to hold their laughter.Believe their Maknae to copy his hyungs without even thinking.What were they going to do with him?
To this Ji-Eun replies,"Than you could have gone with them.Go now before they come back." Jungkook disappointed tries to pull ji-eun but stops when jin glares at him. Jimin signals jungkook to go yoongi which he reluctantly follows. Jieun a bit embarrassed by jungkook keeps quite not bothering to continue her conversation with Jin. The boys realize this and try to get her talk but they dont get much success.
Meanwhile Yoongi and Yoonji return bringing the order. The boys take their orders from them and start munching. Jin worriedly questions Yoongi, "Didnt you meet Jungkook on the way???", Yoongi looks confused, So Jin mentioned what happened after they left excluding Jieun part...Yoongi just nods and mumbles, "i'll find him..." and walks away to find Jungkook. Yoonji looks in the direction Yoongi left, lost in thought.
V nudges her and explains, " That's Yoongi hyung to you...He is always like that..worried for us,looking out for us....." seeing Yoonji giving a slight smile he adds, "that's why we call him grandpa of our group....." He finishes giving out his full blown laughter. The boys return back to what they were doing with Yoonji sitting with a quite Jieun trying to coax her to talk.
When Yoongi returned with Jungkook the boys didn't say anything, they all quickly finished the food. All the while Jungkook staring intensely at Jieun who was clearly ignoring him thus making him feel agitated. Jungkook could not explain as to why he was being angry at her, he just knew that he wanted her attention on him. While he was fidgeting Yoongi caught hold of his hand and tried to make him aware of the surrounding. This action was noticed by Yoonji who was suprised at discovering different side of Yoongi. She realised that all that was said about Yoongi by the media was not completely true.
While they were leaving Jieun resumed talking to Jin, Jungkook could not bear it so he rushed towards her.Hoseok noticed him and jumped in his way. This action caught the rest of the groups attention.
Jieun turned towards him and hid behind Jin. This got Jungkook more annoyed and he said," See she is hiding why cant she talk to me with ease the way she talks to Jin hyung???".The boys could see the matter getting out of hand so the Namjoon signalled Jimin and Taehyung to take the girls home.
Seeing Jieun move away from him Jungkook said, "why is she going away?? she needs to tell me why she is acting that way with me??". Jin caught jungkooks hand behind his back making Jungkook difficult to break away from it. Yoongi looked at hoseok ," you and the boys drop the girls and return back to the dorm.." yoonji caught hold of a scared jieun and moved along the boys back to the dorm. While walking away she turned to look at Yoongi who seemed to have taken control of the situation with Jungkook. V ushered her along the road.
Meanwhile yoongi caught hold of Jungkook's jaw and pulled his face towards himself, "Jungkook look at me..You have to calm down..the way you are acting now is only going to push her away from you....your current behaviour is only successful in scaring her which should not happen..." realising that whatever his hyung was saying was true Jungkook relaxed his body in Jin's arms. Jin realising this said," I'm gonna let go of you kookie...But don't run behind her." he left Jungkook.
They return back to the dorm to meet a worried looking Jimin ,V and Hoseok. They all jump up when they see them to which Namjoon calmly replies,"We have the situation under control.." looking at Jungkook he continues "..for now ". The boys all sit together in their dorm lost in thoughts...
Suddenly Jin gets up and moves towards Jungkook and silently rubs kookies neck in soothing manner. After sometimes jin asks jungkook ,"You ready to talk to your hyungs kookie~ah?" Jungkook lets out a sigh and looks at his hyungs and mumbles," I like Ji-eun...." he quickly looks at his hyung's face, and seeing him all serious it gives him a little confidence.
"I know the way I acted today is wrong but hyung I like her and I want her to talk to me without being scared just like she talks to tou...I want her to like me just the way I like her..." Jungkook finishes and looked up to his hyungs.
There is pindrop silence in the dorm which says something since its bangtan boys dorm. Suddenly Hoseok jumps up from his place and gives Jungkook a big hug and says,"waah Jungkook~ah hyung is soo proud of you...that talk you just had...waaaah..Jieun does not know yet that she has such a nice guy falling for her...she is soo lucky..."
"Our kookie has grown up and as his hyungs will guide him towards Jieuns heart.." says a beaming Jimin.
