"Mom I have a shift tonight so ill be home late alright?" I yelled as my mom walked downstairs.
" alright sweetheart but be safe"My mom said as she grabbed herself some oatmeal.
" I will mom" I said as she hugged me " alright don't be late now!" she said as I exited the house " I won't!" I got into my car and drove to Cvs
I started putting stuff away while Jenna
spoke to me " so I heard that Liz doesn't want Josh anymore!" She laughed " Oh shit so they broke up?" I asked " Yeah he broke up with her hours ago!" She kept laughing " damn" I said while putting the last bit of candy away and went on my phone.
" So Sara how's Josh?" She asked
" Josh err me and him are just friends Jenna thats all." I said getting a little annoyed that my friend thought id get with a guy like Josh.
" Well I heard some cute guy named Diego lives on our block" she said as she giggled " and..??"I questioned " He could ya know" She said " know?" I asked " BE YOUR BOYFRIEND DUH!" Jenna said laughing " are you high?" I asked " maybe a little" she winked.
" what's going on? Wyatt said entering the scene " Just Jenna being stupid again"I said " Hey! I was trying to set you up!" She said as Wyatt laughs

I looked up and saw a guy with brown hair walk up to me " Hello sir are you ready to pay?"
" Uh actually i'm not I'm new here and I have a shift" the guy said " oh you must be Diego i'm Sara nice to meet you" I said greeting him " nice to meet you Sara"
" Well let me just ask when's your shift hours?" I asked " Weekdays its 6pm to 11pm and weekends its 6pm to 12am" He states " me too so we should get to know each other" I said smiling.
" Well I'm Diego Leanos I'm 19 and i'm trying to find some way to make money to produce my stuff" He says " Oh well i'm Sara I'm also 19 and I only work to pay off bills" as we both laughed.

After teaching Diego the simple rules and ways he got the hang of things as we both settled down.
" So we have a break during 7pm to 7:30 so we could use that now" I said as Diego smiled " sure we could go and eat if you'd like" he says " sure" I said

" Mm that pizza was delicious" Diego said as I nod in agreement.
" well we should get going before time runs out" I said as we payed and left.
" Sara! Sara!" I heard Jenna yell " yes Jenna?" I asked " Wyatt's out meaning you and Diego will have a late shift alright?" She asked me and Diego nod in agreement.
" aw shoot that sucks i'm sorry you'll have to stay longer on your first day" I said as Diego looked up at me
" it's fine I actually wanted to stay longer" he says as I smiled.
