“At least let me get the popcorn.”

“Laur-“

“Please?”

“If you really want to.”

“Thanks.”

“Welcome.”

We got out, walking behind Kenny side by side.

I got the tickets and tried to pay for the popcorn again, but then let her do it.

“Be careful.” Kenny said as we found our theater.

“We will be.”

I got the door, holding it open with our soda in the other hand.

“Thanks.” She smiled and I nodded smiling back.

We walked in and I kept my head low, seeing her already doing so.

I guess I’m not the only one who want to keep dates private.

“Are we going up top?” She asked in my ear.

“Yeah.” I nodded. That was probably our best bet.

“So far so good.” I whispered sitting down up top beside her.

“So far…” She whispered back.

I watched her tucking her curled hair behind her ear, smiling widely to herself.

“What?” She asked and I sunk down a little, my cheeks turning red.

“Nothing.” I whispered again, embarrassed to be caught staring.

I left my hand open next to me again when the movie started, but I knew I’d probably be the one to take hers.

“Popcorn?” I asked, leaning a little closer with a smile.

“Sure, thanks.” She laughed lightly, taking a few pieces and popping them into her mouth.

“Yup.”

It started as any typical movie, but to be quite honest I wasn’t really paying attention. I was too busy looking at her every time I had the chance.

She let out a soft yelp, along with a few other people and I laughed – one at her face, and two because I had completely missed what had happened.

I put my arms around her and she rested her head on my chest – a smile spreading across my face.

“Scared much?” I asked with a laugh.

“No, I just didn’t see it coming. That’s all.”

“M-hm.” I laughed again, moving my thumb gently on her arm.

I jumped this time, actually having my eyes on the screen.

“Scared much?” She asked looking up at me.

“Shut up.” I laughed, smiling down at her as she raised an eyebrow.

“Make me.”

Oh, so she wanted me to kiss her. Well fine, I’ve been dying to do that again.

“Fine.” I said, pressing my lips down on hers and felt her hand slide on my neck.

It was perfect. Everything about this seemed to be perfect.

I broke away after a few seconds, not wanting to over step my boundaries once again and rested my head against her’s.

I shifted slightly a few times from jumping. I felt her laugh and i blushed, nuzling my lips into her hair.
