Logan's POV

Hello, there. Uh..sorry, I'm not use to the whole 'narrating a story' thing. See, that job usually belongs to Thomas, but, seeing as this story is about me, I guess I should be explaining it. Um...anyway, let me give you a brief history of us Sander Sides-

Now, Logan, don't put our readers to sleep! You know their not hear to read a history lesson, but to read some cutesie fluff!

First of all, Patton, you spelled 'here' incorrectly. Second of all, 'cutesie' is not a word, and lastly, I am just giving them some valuable insight into the story!

Oh, well of course you are! I understand! I just wanted to make sure your summary was going to be...infinitesimal!

ONE MISTAKE! IT WAS ONE MISTAKE, PATTON! Sigh. Fine. I will be brief. Let us, ladies and gentlemen-

And anything in between!

Patton! Ugh, yes: and any gender in between, let us being the story with Thomas's first moments with his logical side.

...................................................

Thomas was quite young, just turning four, when I came into the picture. You may not believe this, but I am actually the, as you may say, 'third oldest' of the sides: Patton being the oldest and Roman being second. I know, how disturbing.

Thomas was watching the television when I appeared. There was no question to me as to why I was there, but how. I realized my name and my part in Thomas's mind, but I wasn't sure how I appeared at this moment, until, "Why caan fa bear cli-climb up fa rainbow?"
"Because he has magic, Thomas."
"B-but fa bear mahst be heavy?"
Oh, cartoons. Good to know we can identify how ridiculous they are.

"A mammal like that could never climb a rainbow, especially considering that rainbows are nothing but the reflections of millions of rain droplets. Not solid in any possible way." I said. Thomas looked up and his eyes widened. "Who ah you?"
"I am your logical thinking. It is with great pleasure to become your assistant." He stared blankly at me for a moment. I sighed. "Hi. I am Mr. Smarty-pants. Nice to meet you." He smiled and waved ridiculously with his left hand. "Hi, Mr. Smarty-pants! I'm Dad!"

I look up to see a boy (identical to Thomas, like I was) standing by the curtains. He was wearing a sky blue polo shirt and tan chino cloth pants. He wore glasses that were large and box shaped, an exact replica of mine, and a grey sweater was tied loosely around his shoulders. "It is with great pleasure to be your consistent, Sir!"

I studied him for a long time. "Assistant. And...apologizes, you are?"
"I already told you, silly! I'm Dad! Oh, you mean in Thomas's personality? I'm his morality!" His eyes lit up. "Hey! I just rhymed! I'm a poet and I never would have thunk it...ah.." the sad part was that it truly seemed as though he was trying to find out why the words didn't match up.

"You..um...are Morality...Thomas's heart?" The boy nodded happily. "And your the brain! Hey, if you are really a part of our little guy's personality-" he gestured to Thomas with a proud expression, which caused him to giggle, "-that means we'll be around each other all the time, right? Hooray!" He wrapped me in a tight hug and squeezed me until my chest hurt. "I love you so much already, Mr. Smarty-pants! We'll be friends forever!"
Forever....
Forever....

Oh no...
Well, it was fun while it lasted.
