It's a New Year and things have been a bit slow in the DARK guild so I thought why not make a another evil dude cuz why not?!
Plus I might take this matter into my own hands. 😈😈😈

•Energy Drain: He can drain the energy off of any individual or energy sources. If he gets too much energy, he gets "overloaded" and hurts himself. Victims who fall under the influence of this may have the following symptoms: Fatigue, Migraines, Incapacitation, or Pain.
•Energy Detection: He sense the presence of energy and can tell a person's amount or size of their energy.
•Energy Amplifier: He can somewhat amplify a person's powers but it takes a lot of energy and concentration for him to do that.

Personality: A sadistic creature that loves hearing the screams of his tortured victims and one that loves feeding off of others to satisfy his hunger of "rare" delicacies. He laughs when people beg for mercy and forgiveness. Having many connections in the evil underworld, he's known by his middle name. He'll do anything to to reach his goal, even if means to resorting to merciless tactics.
