Chapter 12

I wake up with Derek literally on top of me. Half of his body lay on mine. I can barely breathe.

"Derek" I whispered "I can't breathe"

"Just a little longer" Derek said slightly opening his eyes.

"I won't be breathing here soon" I say.

Derek gets off of me sitting up and looking at me.

"My back feels so much better" Derek smiled rubbing his shoulder.

"That's too bad" I say "That means you can go back to the floor tonight"

He frowned turning away from me.

"I've got to go to the city today for some stuff and I'll be up there all day and probably night" he said getting up from the bed.

"Ok.." I sigh.

"You going to miss me?" He asked puckering his lips.

"No" I seriously say.

"Well that's too bad because you're coming with me"

"Derek have you heard of something called truancy because trust me we have it" I cross my arms and raise my brows.

"Trust me they won't give us truancy" he laughed "they're scared of me"

"Can you just postpone it for a day or two?" I ask.

He silently looked at me before sighing "Fine"

At this point we haven't seen James or Andrea since Derek almost killed him.

Derek and I got ready and he drove us to school. We pulled in the parking lot shock rolling over our faces.

"Who the fuck parked in our spot?" Derek asked.

"We were gone for like two days"

"It's been way more than two day" I laugh.

We walk into the school and go the front office.

Claudia plastered a smile on her face.

"Hello you two!" She said "you two are excused and have been exempted from you're class work is there anything else?"

"A reserved parking spot" Derek demanded.

"Name it and it's yours" she laughed.

Derek looked at her and her laugh turned to a nervous one.

"Of course sir" she lightly smiled.

"I'll get right on it"

Derek and I walk down the busy hallway and into our first period. Every single head in the room turn towards us.

A look of danger crosses Derek's face. That's all it took for them to go back to talking.

I find Simon with a worried face.

"Oh my god! Where have you been?!" He screeched.

"I took a little vacation" I smile looking at Derek.

"Bitch! I've had to go off on too many people the past few weeks" he laughed sitting down.

"For what?" I ask sitting down next to him and Derek sitting down on the other side of me.

"For you of course" Derek said expressionless.

"Exactly!" Simon said.

"Some bitch started a rumor that he got you pregnant"

"Who was it?" Derek asked becoming more heated by the second.

While I just sat there confused on who would start a rumor about me.

"Andrea" Simon said turning slightly red with hatred.

I felt of wave of shock go through my body.

"She's done" Derek mumbled getting up from his seat.

And walking out of the class room.
