Chapter 1

(Yoongi in the story)

Chapter 1: Undercover

"Agent 03 to head office", a voice crackled through the earpiece in Min Yoongi's ear.

He was slumped in his office chair, playing with his lighter as the voice called for him through the communication network. He sighed and got out of his chair, grabbing his trusty gun from his desk, proceeding to shove it into his waistband before leaving through the open door.

Bighit Intelligence was not like the spy buildings you'd see in movies; it was all white and lit up, looking like any other normal office building, except for the training areas in the basement. Hitman Bang had bought it just a few years ago, and before Bighit Intelligence came here, a company had been staying here.

Yoongi rounded a corner, almost bumping into Agent 07, or Jeon Jungkook.

"Hey, Yoongi hyung, they called for you from the main office, I heard", Jungkook said as he stopped walking.

"Yeah, I'm headed there right now", Yoongi replied, sticking his hand into his pockets.

"I heard they want you for an undercover mission. I heard Namjoon hyung and Hoseok hyung talking about it down the hall", Jungkook said, smirking.

Yoongi groaned. Everybody in Bighit Intelligence hated undercover missions. It was needed, but it was pretty crap, considering it always involved mingling with everything from petty criminals to serial killers and kidnappers.

"Yeah, I'm sure they would both very much like it to see me on an undercover mission, those bastards", Yoongi said, shaking his head slightly.

"Oh, hyung, I think you're all going on the mission, like, together", Jungkook said, his face turning into a frown as he tried to recall what he had heard. The voice on the communication network interrupted Jungkook's thinking as it once more called for Agent 03, a little more impatient this time.

"Well, I guess there is only one way to figure that out", Yoongi said with a sigh, starting to walk down the hallways again.

"Good luck, hyung!" Jungkook said with a smile, before continuing on his own path.

As Yoongi passed more offices, he could feel them stare after him where he walked. Yoongi was a high ranked agent, one of the first to join Bighit Intelligence, and people knew who he was. However, missions were usually assigned by handing the agent a folder in their office, and considering Yoongi had been called for on the communication network two times already, people were getting curious.

Yoongi knocked lightly on the door at the end of the hall.

"Hitman Bang Shihyuk", it said.

"Come in, agent 03", a familiar voice beamed, and Yoongi opened the door. As he stepped in, he noticed that agent 01 and 02, Kim Namjoon and Jung Hoseok was standing bent over Hitman Bang's desk, a folder and some papers filling it.

"Sorry I'm late, I ran into someone on the way", Yoongi apologized, bowing slightly.

"Just come over here, and we'll go over your new mission", Hitman Bang said.

The reason Bang Shihyuk was calling himself "Hitman" was exactly what it sounded like; he was a former hit man. He had worked for a company before going solo, eventually realizing that he wanted to use his skills to help people rather than killing them. That's how Bight Intelligence - known as Bighit Entertainment to the public - was founded. Namjoon was the first one to be scouted, followed by Hoseok, and then Yoongi. All agents were number accordingly, making Jungkook the seventh agent to join Bighit Intelligence.
