Chapter 5 : Pizza & Her

So we four Tanya, Bhumika,Me and Kartik were silent all throughout that class.

I did laughed once when kartik was showing some dank memes on his phone . Else it was all silent.

Apart from us four everyone was sitting on back seats , what were we nerds foursome or something

4:30pm
Finally the class ended,

" Let's meet downstairs,I need to hear nature's call kartik" I told him as I rushed to washroom

" what is Tanya even trying to do , she doesn't even make friends , why is she just talking to this one girl , one girl I had strong attraction to" I talked to myself while fixing my hair , looking in the mirror.

I wanted this sudden jealously to go. Nothing could cure a bad day as much as good food could.

"Wow really you like Game of Thrones too ? Bhumika that's super cool I'm mean , look at Mahika I keep telling this girl to watch it , she just doesn't want to try she's missing great things , you are so cool I like it man!" I overheard kartik speaking to her

And both of them caught in me in my failed eavesdropping attempt.

"Oh mahika look she watches GOT too , you are odd one out "

"Whatever!", I rolled my eyes

"Bhumika you wanna join us to this food joint nearby, we can catch up on got and make this grumpy person happy by food " kartik asked her

"Sounds fun let's go "Bhumika said in joy, and she smiled  her perfect set of teeth were in my view. Her lips were so soft . I wanted to stop her  right at this moment and kiss her .

I'm dreaming again . I should stop

A good cheese loaded pizza with some coke could , make me forget my dream but when the person who was in it was right in front me, engrossed in talking about some series with my best friend . Seriously. Killing myself could have been better.

"So Mahika, where you from ? I heard you are in hostel as well" she asked while wiping of pizza sauce off her lips

" What you mean by as well ? Are you too ugh?", I couldn't look at her eyes or understand her, my focus was on her lips

" Yes , don't tell me you didn't see me. It's not that big of a place"

I actually didn't see her, but it was making me realize that I can't ignore her anymore. I had to do something.

"I'm from Lucknow only , but I live far so I took hostel "

"Alright"

Best part about that evening was the pizza.

"Oh no it's 6 already , I should go home Mahika I need to complete that graphics sheet they gave last week " kartik said while looking at his phone

"Okay then let's leave now !"

He left before us

So Im alone with this chick.

" Let's head back to hostel then , what say Mahika or wanna eat more pizza ?"

" No I'm full actually, let's go "

None of us spoke a word on our journey back. Maybe I was a piece of shit for not initiating to speak first .

"What's your floor ? " She asked

"2nd floor Room 241 , it's near the stairs on the right side"

"Wow , how you even got 2nd floor when everyone of our year is on 5th or 6th !"

"Lucky maybe haha, what's yours ?"

"524 5th floor"

"That's far . You should go by elevator then I'll take the stairs",I advised her polity

" No it's okay I'll join you, what's your number we can know each other better maybe ?  "
She asked with her pretty eyes

And handed me her phone

*Types number* there you go ,
Her hand brushed slightly against in this .

I felt spark. What is it damnit

"Thanks, text me anytime
Ready to help" I told her bid farewell
