Two Sides

Tears roll down my face streams of sorrow and pain,
Ducts leaving me hollow all reserves have been drained,
Madness cuddles the sadness cloudy visions of rain,
Enshrouded within despair comfort drives me insane

Shadows grasping my soul guiding me through the flames,
Coveting my existence spirit doing the same,
Breaking determination now I'm fragile my name,
Etched into the walls of melancholy and shame

Demons cover my vision eyes blinded with cries,
Searching to find a rose touch it and watch it dies,
Death wrapped in your finger powerful from your lies,
Solitary is yours wave and say your goodbyes

Night infinitely present living within this ambiance,
Nothing good is around you learn to live with the ominous,
Lay in a bed of wishes shattered by broken promises,
You have to be one of darkness to suck it up and to stomach this

I am your other half light powers my will,
I reside in tranquility love you get a fill,
Pastures are much brighter even over the hills,
Wrapped within a blanket of comfort rushing my thrill

We work in unison every body can feel,
I provide the warmth while you provide the chills,
I provide laughter while you provide the squeals,
But together we make a person conscious and also real

Both parts are needed darkness and also light,
Infinity we both share it's all a piece of your life,
I can counter your feelings bury problems and strife,

Darkness you can be tamed light will welcome the change,
