This is info concerning the main character so that there's no questions, but if there's still some questions, I will answer them. (I will update later with the character design)

Keiji is very playful and careless the majority of the time. There are very rare moments when he is being serious, but even if it seems he is being serious, he is just acting. Keiji is loyal to the code/rules given to him by his customers, but will usually find loop-holes and use them which usually leads to him ratting them out. Because of that, the people who hire him are very cautious when hiring him. Since Keiji's quirk and skill is a valuable asset to most of any team, his customers try to get him on their team first and don't want to let him go.
Reason behind alias: In Rome, when people didn't know something, the answer was Romulus.
About his quirk: It was labeled Illusion because there wasn't much of any other words to descibe it. The quirk works more neurologically but on occasion the illusions can become physical, though it takes more energy to do so. If he uses his quirk too much, he can have headaches and eventually migraines.
Quirk abilities:
Kaleidoscope -Breaks surrounding world/vision into shards that unravel in spirals -Requires shards to be tangible sometimes
Rearrange -Move objects around -Change area like rearranging floor plans -Changing place from a building to a field can cause his head to have a dull throb
Convince -Manipulates emotion --Doesn't need to focus --Weakness: person questions why they are feeling like that -Inputs ideas and opinions --Causes throbbing the more deeply ideas and opinions are rooted --Weakness: if person is not stubborn they can work it out depending on how much he roots the ideas and opinions
Implant phobias -Irremovable unless person is put through treatment Weakness: starves his brain and has a 70% chance of fainting because of it
Shapeshift -Requires knowledge about the person he's copying like clothing, blemishes, physical ability like stretching, vocal inflections, and behavior -Requires barely any focusing -Can input ideas and opinions to correct errors and to an extent make them forget
Doctor -Causes person's neural system to think they're either in pain or not -Weakness: can accidentally kill himself by numbing any serious injuries
Puppet -Can make it seem like he is controlling them but in real life that person has stopped moving -Causes dull throbbing
Conjure -Can pull images from other's minds into reality -Requires a lot of focus at first -Person has to be there -Doesn't last long
Amnesia Minor -Makes one or more forget an experience --Causes throbbing -Is able to Erase specific details like making others forget a person entirely --Causes severe migraines -Weakness: memory hard to regain
Amnesia Major -Can cause one or more people to forget everything -Will cause him to forget pieces of his memory that he cannot recover and has a 65% chance that he ends up in a coma that, at most, can last 10 years -Weakness: memory is extremely hard to regain for others but is still slimly possible
