dear tomorrow,
i hope by tomorrow you are still going to be addressed as "DEAR",,not like the cruel today we live in, this is not the tomorrow that was promised by yesterday,
am afraid unless humanity comes together "DEAR" tomorrow will never come,
with the today we living in??
where affections have been replaced with affectation,
where scars to your beautiful are really acknowledged as scars to your beautiful,
where the desperation in search for perfection is the new occupation,
where racism,fascism and terrorism is the new world anthem,
where abnegation and rejection is the new devotion,
where colours are treated as labels for demagogue,
where gender discrimination is the new obsession,
where manipulation, betrayal, lies and deceit is the new is the new adulation,
where value and self worth is measured by number of followers and likes on instagram and facebook,
where designers bags and shoes are valued more than the designers themselves,
where people you call friends will step on you and leave you flat like a welcome mat,
dear tomorrow,
unless humans start replacing humiliation with humility,
affectation with true affection,
abomination with adoration,
corruption with friendly organization,
unless these and so many other positivities,
we will all be consumed by the plague we live in called TODAY.

We need to start valuing eachother and start focusing on things that matter
