Lauren's POV:

A world tour is probably one of the hardest things I've had to do in my whole life. I'm constantly moving about, I'm always exhausted, I have to leave my family behind and I hardly have any time to myself. I have no control over where we go or what we do and that's on top of having a shitty management who only cares about the money they get from our success. They just sit there watching all the money I worked for slide into their bank accounts, us being given the smallest rations of what we, as a group, collectively earn.

I love my job though so I can't really complain, I've always loved entertaining people and there
were some perks of being a part of one of the world's most successful girl groups out there. Our music has travelled to countries I didn't even know existed and that's all thanks to the fans. They're great to us and I love them for where they've got us, without them, I'd probably be in Miami working behind a till scanning people's weekly shopping. Not that there's anything wrong with that but I'd definitely prefer my career with music.

Fifth Harmony is known worldwide and so we wanted to thank our fans with a sort of gift, we've had an incredible year and the girls and I all agreed that we wanted to treat them with another world tour. This upcoming tour would be our second headlining worldwide tour and I couldn't wait, I would gladly take all of the hard times that come in the package just to make our fans smile.

Our last tour was really hard, I went through a lot but Mani, Dinah and Ally were always by my side. I love those three with all my heart, I couldn't imagine life without my favourite dorks. This tour is going to be different, I'm not sure whether It's going to be good different or bad different but I can just feel it.

We are going to start our tour on the west coast and work our way around the world until we get to Asia then it will be completed. It should last around a year which is divided into four sections and we get a two-week break before we have to continue where we ended the last show.

Preparation was a key thing for all four of us. We want our supporters to be satisfied after they leave the venue knowing they got a show that was worth their spendings. Getting ready included things such as choreography, choosing outfits, finding a way to travel venue to venue, getting a band prepared and a set list. I didn't get much say in all of that but I don't mind since I'm content with the stuff others do to help me. This will be our best tour to date, I just know it.

*********************

"Come on girls, one more run through and then we can call it a day", Sean, our choreographer said to us clapping his hands together three times grabbing our attention. Currently, we were rehearsing the choreo for 'He Like That' so it's spot on for the tour, we only have one month to pull everything together until we head on the road meaning a lot of our time in the next four weeks needs to be dedicated to dancing.

"5, 6, 7, 8", the backing to the song starts to fill the dance studio as I watch the reflection of myself in the mirror that took up the whole side of the wall. I was impressed with my dancing compared to 2012, I'd become more comfortable with trying different styles of dance and dancing in front of a large number of people.

The song ended and we all fell to the floor with an exaggerated expression of exhaustion leaving Sean standing alone. My breathing was ragged, sweat was dripping down my forehead and I could tell I was in desperate need of a shower after an intense session.

"That was great ladies, keep up the good work", Sean continued looking down at us on the floor, "you guys are going to have to get here an hour earlier tomorrow for me".

Normani gave an audible groan, "Why? You already put us through enough Bankhead". Her playful tone of voice was evident, she wasn't really mad, just curious.

"Because this guy has a date he doesn't want to be late to", he answered the question pointing both of his thumbs to his face, a smirk present on his face.

All of us instantly stood up, hungry to know more information about this 'date'. Granted, Sean was our choreographer but he was also a close friend to all of us, he's like an older brother I never had. Well, actually just a brother I never had in general. I'm a foster kid and aged 3 I was adopted by a couple called Mike and Clara Jauregui, they are all I've ever known. I don't know who my real parents are, I don't want to know. I'm happy with what I have right now with Mike and Clara, they might not be my biological parents but they love me as if I were theirs and I love them to pieces.

"Who is it? When can we meet her? What's she like? Where are you taking her? Why didn't you tell us about her?" Dinah shot question after question to Sean, not giving him enough time in between to answer them.

"Woah, calm down DJ, I never told you about her because I didn't want to get your hopes up in case nothing happens after this date. I'm taking her to the nice pizzeria in town and I'll answer the rest if all goes well tomorrow", a shy smile was sketched on his face.

"Aww I'm so happy for you", Ally commented, "I'm sure It'll go well, but my belly is calling me. Anyone wanna come with me for a bite?"

Dinah and Normani perked up at the sound of food and got their stuff ready. "Lauren, you not coming?" Ally questioned directing her gaze on me.

"Nah sorry, I promised mum that I'd meet up with her for lunch". I replied

"Okay well have fun. Dinah, Mani, hurry up!", she commanded. I chuckled as they left the room leaving me alone with Sean.

"Wanna go through your part of the dance together?", I was asked by the well-groomed man. I nodded and was helped to my feet. For 'He Like That' we would have a backup dancer each, similar to what we did in the music video. We'd meet them next week so we could practise our dances with them individually.

Again, the music started to engulf the room and we ran through my parts. Since the noise of the speaker was really loud and I was concentrated on my dancing, neither of us noticed the door being opened. Neither of us noticed an unknown man walk into the room. Neither of us noticed the tattooed man watching us dance in awe. As the song finished, we started laughing due to the adrenaline in our bodies however we were made aware of the guy's presence by a quiet 'wow' escaping his slightly agape mouth.

I instantly turned around, caught off guard and furrowed my eyebrows together. "I'm sorry, who are you?"

The man took slow steps forward his lips still slightly apart. He stuck his rather large hand out in front of me in hopes I'd shake it. I cautiously accepted the gesture while he spoke.

"I'm Ty, and I'm guessing this isn't where I'm meant to be for guitar practice".
