Chapter Three: Why Me?!?!?!

Keith POV

The day after Lance had found me unconscious and brought me home I found my self doing my usual daily business: Trying to avoid everyone in the entire world! Sounded pretty good to me and I have to admit I'v been doing pretty well until of course the end of the day! I started packing my stuff and about to leave my locker.

"Hay Keith." Lance said cooly rate next to me as I did.

"Jesus!" I replied.

"God Keith don't swear with the holy names!"

"You just did idiot!"

"Yes thats what I said! Stop copying me Keith!" Lance laughed as I frowned and rolled my eyes.

"Jerk." I grumbled.

"Who saved you flat butt yesterday?"

Lance POV

"Shut up." Was all he said then he frowned, "Wait a minute did you just call my butt flat?!?! Dude don't look at my butt!"

"Sorry Keith I know you want me to look at your butt but I wasn't looking at your butt." I saw Keith starting to blush as I said this and anger was obviously starting to boil in the smaller boys system... Why was it so cute to watch? He was like a mini flame about to arupt at any moment.

"First I don't want you to stair at my butt if anything you want me to stair at yours and second of all why would you want to be talking to me? You already dragged me to your house what else do you want from me?"

"Come on Mullet I just want to be your friend you seam cool... Alsoooo you seam so lonely!"

"I'm not lonely!"

"Really your only friend is Pidge! And no efface to Pidge, Pidge is pretty cool I'm friends with them myself buuuutttttt... Your so lonely and I want to hang out with you some time!"

"How about... Hmmmm... Let me think, No! Now get out of my way Lance!"

"Come on now Keith why you got to be so rude!"

"Fine! If the only way you'll stop bothering me is I hang out with you once than I will now get out my way and-"

"Give me your number first." I grinned down at him. He grumbled something that I couldn't hear and I gave him my phone so he could put his number in it then I put mine in his. He left rate away after that.

"You like him don't you!" I turned to see a beaming Pidge staring at me.

"No!"

"Sure... trust me I could hear the flirting in your voice. faster than I can finnish any test!"

"Oh be quite shorty!"

"Don't bring my hight into this Lance Mclain I swear I'll tell the whole school you like Keith and Hunk about how you were the one to eat his last donut!"

"You wouldn't dare!"

"Try me Lance!"

Keith POV (Because today I feel full of character POV's children!)

I skateboarded home I was lucky it wasn't that far away.

I opened the front dour to our small house and ran into my room. The walls were red and the curtains black. My bed spread was a nice purple. I threw my bag down onto the dark wood flours and sat down on my bed getting out my phone, rate away I noticed I had a notification from a certain boy, and that certain boy happened to be Lance.

Lance: Hay Keith!

Me: What do you want Lance.

Lance: Geez grumpy I was just wondering when you want to hang out?

Me: IDK and don't call me grumpy.

Lance: Ok do you want me to pick you up to hang out or come over or go hang out with Hunk and Pidge?

Me: Sure if you want to hang out your either coming here or I am going to hang out with Hunk and Pidge.

Lance: Just to warn you if we go hang out with Hunk and Pidge we will either be playing Dungeons and Dragons or some nerdy video game or go to some were with lots of people.

Me: Here it is then... I can't believe I am doing this.

Lance: Too late to back out now Mullet!

Me: Don't make me.

Lance: ok were do you live?

Me: 10 houses down from the school near Hannafords.

Lance: Ok I know were you live ttyl.

I shut of my phone and laid down on my bed taking a deep breath. I never really hung out with anyone unless Pidge and I were out skateboarding or if I was just hanging out with Shiro who was my brother... Still sometimes the thought of what happened with our parents scared me. I closed my eyes...

A few minutes later...

I heard a nock at the dour and got up from my bed walking to the front dour and opening it. There rate in front of me stood a smiling Lance.

God! I thought to myself Why was his smile so annoying yet beautiful... I looked away.

"Come in."

"Thanks Keith my siblings were getting on my nerves and truflley I didn't want to go and hang out with Hunk and Pidge they were just going to tease me the whole time." I smiled

"Haha maybe I might just do the same!" Though in my head I was thinking, Why would Hunk and Pidge tease him?

Lance POV

I was glad Keith didn't know why Hunk and Pidge would tease me. Then he would know I was by and that I was starting to get a crush on him.
