10 Songs I Can't Stand By Bands I Love

12 1 1

Okay, I may or may not be 'borrowing' this topic from the YouTuber ARTV. He does some good stuff!

Young And Menace by Fall Out Boy

I agree with ARTV on this one. There's just too much autotune in the chorus! It drives me insane! This song is the runt of the litter compared to Champion and The Last Of The Real Ones. Especially when it's compared to The Last Of The Real Ones.

Swimming Home by Evanescence

I have just hated this song since the first time I heard it. I have no idea why. I haven't revisited it yet. Maybe if I do, it'll end up being one of my favourite songs (that's a dig at myself. It happened with Lost In Paradise, Call Me When You're Sober and Good Enough)!

Afterglow by All Time Low

IT'S JUST SO BORING COMPARED TO EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEIR OTHER SONGS.

Told You So by Paramore

I. Just. Can't. Even. It's. Frigging. Terrible. Especially. When. In. The. First. Verse. There's. An. Autotune. Dip. On. The. Last. Word. Of. Each. Sentence.

Pretty. Odd. by Panic! At The Disco

Actually, on this album, it was by Panic At The Disco. No '!'. And I know that Pretty. Odd. is an album rather than a song. THE WHOLE ALBUM IS JUST TERRIBLE. WHAT WAS RYAN ROSS THINKING?!?!?!?! You have no idea how glad I am that he left.

I'm Lost Without You by blink-182

*clears throat* *sings in an extremely Tom DeLongue voice* Cause oiyam, I'm lost without yo. That is actually what it sounds like. Extremely bland. And very repetitive. The same few lines over and over again. I actually fell asleep listening to this song once.

Bad Vibrations by A Day To Remember

Jeremy McKinnon has a great singing voice, and I enjoy the vast majority of their songs with screaming in them. Apart from this one and Mr Highway's Thinking About The End. IT'S JUST ALL SCREAMING. I'M VERY HYPOCRITICAL RIGHT NOW

Don't Hate by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

It starts off with Ronnie Winter screaming "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DO BETTER?!" I'm very put off by the constant challenge to the listener, asking them if they think they can become more successful than RJA. I get the overall message, but the way they put it across just wasn't great. At all

Cardiology by Good Charlotte

Again, it's one of those boring, repetitive ones. I need not say more.

Hearts Of Gold by Alazka

Too much screaming. That's it
