Chapter One: Where It Began

The night air was cold and quiet, only a few people walking about. Jungkook releases a sigh, a line of fog leaving his lips. He pulls the sleeves of his black jacket, covering his hands. He feels a little bit warmer but the holes in his shirt gives the cold a way to make him shiver. Jungkook looks up at the dark sky, appreciating the stars and their beauty. He's been walking for about fifteen minutes now, heading to a small theater that was close by the dorms. The only company Jungkook had was his own thoughts.

Jimin told him that he got a ticket from a friend to see a band called NateWantsToBattle that's touring in Korea for a week but he was too busy to go. Being the generous friend he is, he decided to take the ticket and go to the concert.

He stops in front of the theater entrence, two people standing on either side of a tall, dark wooden door. He pulls out his ticket and hands it to them. One of them takes the ticket and scans it, then giving it back. Jungkook walks through the door only to see the inside looks high quality fancy. The floor was a deep red carpet that stood out, the walls were a dark grey that went with the red very well. Then there was the massive amount of people all in line to buy some merch.

Jungkook moves past the crowd of people and enters the theater room. Rows of, for now, empty black leather chairs extended widely across the red floor. Jungkook looks at his ticket to see where he's going to sit. He walks down the stairs, looking at the metal signs to find the row he'll be sitting in. Surprisingly, he was very close to the stage. He sits down around the middle of the third row, laying comfortably in the black chair. Jungkook pulls out his phone, feeling it vibrate. He looks at the screen and sees that Jimin is calling him.

"Hi Jimin" Jungkook answers, hold the phone to his ear.

"Hey, is the concert about to start?" Jimin asks.

"Doesn't look like it, most of the people are outside buying merch. I'm guessing it will start in about fifteen minutes" Jungkook explains, noticing a little more people are sitting down.

"Alright, have fun!" Jimin giggles.

"I'll try to, bye" Jungkook chuckles, Jimin says goodbye before he hangs up.

The seats are almost full now and some of the band members came on stage to tune their instruments and to check if the speakers are working. Jungkook looks at his phone to look at the time, 8:17 pm. 'It should start soon' Jungkook thought.

Then the lights on the theater went off, leaving the room in darkness with the stage only having light. Jungkook could hear footsteps getting closer to the stage, the crowd cheered when he appeared. Nate had soft black hair that was slightly pushed back, he had deep brown eyes that you could get lost in, and his lips looked so smooth and plump. Jungkook couldn't believe how gorgeous the singer was, he was just left speechless.

He walked up to the front of the stage and pulled the microphone from the stand. He licked his lips before the band started to play, then starting to sing. His voice was soft, deep and powerful, singing every lyric with such passion and confidence. Jungkook is definitely infatuated with him. This is going to be a fun concert.

People slowly started to leave the theater after the concert. Jungkook just sat in his seat and looked at his phone, waiting till everyone was gone.

"Sir" someone said. Jungkook looked up and saw that it was one of the body guards that was near his section "the singer would like to see you personally. Please follow me"

Jungkook got up and followed the body guard out of the theater, freaking out inside. They walked down a hallway which lead to five rooms that were back stage. The body gaurd knocked on one of the doors and Nate opened the door, a grin on his face.
