"Cmon Amy, please just come with? It's the last day of summer until we go back to school! I would like for you to be there with." Sonic begged
"I just don't know Sonic, it's might be pretty hard, to see Shadow and them.. Especially after what I did.." Amy confesses
"Amy I'll be right by your side, you're going to go there to have fun, not for drama, I'll make sure of that." Sonic said
"Okay, okay, I'll go with." Amy said with a smile
"There we go! Now let's go!" Sonic said walking out the door, Amy followed after
~At infinite lake~
"Hey Sonia, I see the party started earlier then expected?" Sonic asked
"Yeah, everything was done in a jiffy, now you guys go enjoy yourself, it's our last night of freedom!" Sonia exclaimed
"Will do sis!" Sonic said walking off with Amy
"Amy.." Shadow said grabbing Amy
Sonic jumped in front of Shadow,"Look Shadow, she's not here for drama, she's here to have fun." Sonic said
"I was talking to Amy not you." Shadow said
"No look here Shadz. Amy wasn't in the wrong, you were. She had a right to be mad, you decided to walk off when things started slipping, when things were going downhill. She needed you the most. I get it, you were scared, doesn't mean you leave your partner in the dust." Sonic said
"It's okay Sonic I got this." Amy said pulling him off to the side
"If you say so, I'll be over by Manic if you need me." Sonic said walking off
"Sonic isn't wrong." Shadow put his head down,"Look I'm sorry, not that it will help your pain, but I really am, I know I was in the wrong. If I could go back and change my decisions I would, I really would but I can't." he said
"I know Shadow, but look, I'm not going to feel bad for the decisions you made. But we need to move on. And for a while I don't think we should be friends, we need time to heal." Amy said putting her hand on his chest
"I know Amy, I know, whatever happens, I'm still here for you as a friend." Shadow said grabbing her hand
"Thank you Shadow." Amy said walking off
"You're welcome Rose." Shadow said
Amy walked over to Sonic and Manic.
"So how did it go?" Sonic asked
"We talked, and agreed we shouldn't be friends for a while because we need time to heal, but ultimately we now just friends." Amy said
"That's good Amy, it's good to see you're already healing." Manic said
"Yes it is." Sonic said with a smile
