Chapter Twenty-one * Luke

I went round Oscar's today and as usual Molly was there. I should have known where ever Oscar was Molly was. The three of us were watching a film about a bank robbery. I'll rephrase that I was watching a film about a bank robbery Molly and Oscar were mainly watching each other. I ignored them trying to concentrate on the story line of the film, a man's father is killed so he rob's and kills the people who did it, I think that was it. I picked up the DVD case

I had got it wrong then it was a film about secrets, good, I could understand secrets, I had plenty. I listed them in my head:

1. I broke mum's antique mug, that she said cost a fortune, and I buried the shattered pieces in the garden

2. I saw Harry kissing another girl while he was still with Taylor

3. I kissed Kim in the bike shed at a Christmas party, whilst she was with Myles

4. I lost my virginity to Lilly Black in my mum's bed whilst her and Lisa had gone shopping

5. When I first meet Molly I had a small crush on her

6. ... And I'm in love with my sisters best friend

Yes, I had plenty of secrets. I continued to stare at the TV screen, I was distracted when molly's phone rang,

"Lisa ... what ... hang on ... ok ... yep ... Eden? ... Yes of course ... ok calm down I'm coming" Molly hung up the phone and sighed she put the phone back in her pocket

"Sorry got to go Eden's called an emergency meeting" She said looking at us with tired eyes, what was wrong with Eden?

"An 'emergency' what?" Oscar said stand up to hold Molly.

"Meeting of some king about James I think, I've got to go"

She said walking towards the door. Was Eden upset still, but Molly didn't look worried...

"Bye Luke"

"Bye" I called to her. Oscar followed her out, I heard murmuring and I could not make out whole words I gave up and a few minutes later Oscar walked in the room and threw himself at the sofa. "What was that about?" I asked him trying to make it sound like a casual question.

"Eden's worked something out about James and Molly's off to help her calm down" Oscar said flicking through the TV channels, image's flickered on and off the screen, finally he settled for a sports channel and we sat and watched the rugby, England were winning for once. The game paused

"So how are you and Molly then" I asked

"She's amazing, beautiful, funny, clever, kind." He pause and looked at me, "You know I think I love her Luke"

"Really didn't you know before?"

"Well I realized how much I loved her last night"

"What happened?"
