What the point in remembering? To have good grades in school? To remember your surrounding's names? To remember happy moments?

None of these options are into Sky's mind. She just remembers every seconds of her life. She knows every math formula that she was thought and counts her life in hours, minutes and seconds. Right now, being the 4 of September, she is 149 007 hours old, 33 minutes and 45 seconds old. In other words, in 10 hours, 27 minutes and 15 seconds, she will be 17. She just started University, since she skipped a year in high school. She knows she'll have good grades, since she never failed a test in her life, except an art project in 5th grade. It wasn't creative enough. A lot of girls envy her body; her long black hair, her pale blue eyes, her freckles, her body shape, her pink lips, perfect eyebrows or long lashes made any girl jealous. She never paid attention to anyone around her and focused on her personal things.

She walks out of the building and take the first taxi that she sees. A white cab with some details on the sides. The driver is a brown skin man with an Indian accent. She ask him to get to hospital and puts her headphones in to listen to her music. She looks outside of the window and counts the time she's been alive. 59...00...01...02...03...

She pays the taxi drivers and heads into the hospital and directly goes into the nurses office. She sits at a desk and take out her books out of her bag to study.

After a while, someone takes one of her headphone out of her ear and start talking to her.

" Happy early birthday! Where do you want to eat? What do you want?"

She turns around and looked unimpressed.

" My birthday is tomorrow, I thought you would of at least treat me on the good day, dad."

Her dad took at deep breath in and looked at his daughter.

" I have a surgery to do that will take most of my day. It's a very complicated surgery and i can't change the date, im sorry it has to be on your birthday."

Sky put her books back into her bag and headed out with her dad to get some food.

" Is it good?" Her dad ask as Sky ate her first bite of soup.

" It's disgusting."

" Let me get you something else, Im sure you would li..."

"Don't." Sky said to stop her dad from doing too much for her, once again." I'm used to act like i enjoy things, this won't be different." She took another spoonful of soup and placed it in her mouth. The thick liquid got down her throat and her took another spoonful.

And another one.

And one more.

Once more...

The bowl was now empty. She got up, took her bag and got out of the small restaurant. Her dad just sat there looking at his daughter leaving him, like she always does. " When was the last time she laughed with me, the last time she seemed to enjoy a good time" he thought. " Too long ago, I can't remember".

Sky gets into a small building and gets on the second floor to open a locker and put her school bag in and take a sport bag out. She changes into her sport wear and takes a jumping rope and exercise herself and stretches before putting on tape on the joints of her hand before starting to hit a punch bag for a good 30 minutes. When she is done, she doesn't even change her sweaty clothes before going to the indoor pool a few streets away. She puts her swimsuit in the cabins and does some lengths before she feels really tired. before she gets out, she hold her breath and gets underwater for the longest time possible. She open her eyes and stay in the water a while. She close her eyes and let all of the air she had kept in, out. The pression is very hard on her but wait a little more before going back up.

Someone jumps near her which made her choke a little bit on the water before inhaling a lot of water in her lungs, she was still in the water. The person picked her up and placed her out of the water. She was choking hard on the big amount of water inhaled. The pool had no one around when she got in, no supervisor or clients. She would of been okay if the person didn't jump in.

" Are you okay?" the person screamed into her ears.

The person was looking at her intensely. She push the person over to free herself and weakly get up, still coughing up some water.

" I was fine when you were not there, I'm fine now and I will be fine. Thank you for nothing."

She walk out still choking, but feel something heavier coming up her throat. She eventually throws up.

Sky fall on her knees and throws up some more. The person picks her up and take her to the locker room where he lays her on a bench and put a towel over her to dry her. The person takes off his shirt and she examines his back. The shoulders are too wide to be a girl and the muscles are really developed." I guess I can call him "he"." He turns around and look at the girls face before talking directly to her.

" You don't remember me, do you Sky?"

"What could I forget?" she taught.
