"(Y/N)?" I looked up to him as we both walked towards the nearest park. We had just checked him out of the hospital.
"Yes Josh? Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, thank you. I just wanted to thank you. For everything."
"You're welcome. I just want you happy."
We both walked up to the swings. As he sat down on the swing, I walked behind him and grabbed the chain ready to push him. He raised his arms and held onto the swing. I caught a glimpse of his arm and saw his wound was starting to bleed through his bandage. I started pushing him back and forth as he pumped his legs.
"Let's get that bandage changed once we get home." He turned and looked at me and smiled. He turned back and I continued to push him. This was the beginning of something great.
